Experience the exciting and festive surroundings of Christmas at the
Ricoh Arena. Each year we transform into one of the most popular
Christmas party destinations in the Midlands.
Set in our 6,000 sqm Jaguar Indoor Arena and working alongside an excellent
production company, our venue is brought to life for a night guests will never
forget. Over multiple nights each year, we welcome around 7,000 guests to
celebrate Christmas with us by offering a unique experience, filled with great
entertainment, food and a festive atmosphere.
Within a two hour drive of 75 per cent of the country, the Ricoh Arena is a
great central location for your Christmas get-together. Within a short distance
of major rail and motorway networks, 2,000 onsite parking spaces and a

This year we present ‘Lost In Wonderland’. As you arrive you will enter a
world of enchantment and adventure during your pre-dinner drinks, with
a beautiful but curious theme to welcome you and your guests.
Through the rabbit hole into the main Jaguar Indoor Arena, you’ll be greeted by
your host for the evening, the Mad Hatter himself. A unique and delicious dinner
will be served, with peculiar formulas to keep your party entertained during their
meal. Oversized toadstools, playing cards and teapots will surround you whilst you
experience a new world of mystery and magic. Friends and foe of Alice will be sure
to astound you while you dine with stunning performances.
As dinner comes to a close, prepare to step into Alice’s journey while you spiral, twist
and bump your way around our fairground rides. Our band and DJ will keep you
entertained until the early hours. Night Owls can continue to party in our onsite
G Casino – perfect for late night and early morning entertainment.
We have been organising staff parties for the
past five years and last year’s visit to the Ricoh Arena
has been the best by some way. Every element
exceeded our expectations and the attention to

Lost in Wonderland 2014 Booking Form
FAQ - important information
What is the minimum number required for a booking We don’t have a required minimum number to
book; however bookings of less than eight guests will be seated together on a shared table.
Can we add people to our booking Yes, unless we are fully booked, even then we will always try our
best to fit them in!
Can I pre-order drinks To save hassle on the night, you can pre-order drinks by filling out the enclosed
form. These will be waiting for you (chilled if suitable) on your table as you are seated. By pre-ordering
your drinks, you will receive a reduced price compared to buying on the night.
Will there be a cash bar All our bars accept cash and card; however our pre-ordered drinks packages
are a great way to save money – these cannot be purchased on the night.
What if I have any special dietary requirements If you have any specific dietary requirements, please let
us know and we’ll try to cater as best we can.
Will there be a cloakroom facility available We have a cloakroom facility onsite each night, with a
charge of £1 per item for this facility.
Is there a cash machine onsite We have a free to use cash point onsite located in our main atrium.
What shall I wear The dress code for the night is smart party wear. Strictly no ripped jeans, sportswear
or trainers will be allowed.
To confirm your booking please complete and return this booking form, along with a non-refundable
deposit of £10.00 per person. Without a signed booking form your party booking cannot be guaranteed.

there is a £1 fee.
Can I go to the casino Yes, guests are welcome to visit the onsite G Casino after your party. Please note
G Casino operate their own entry policy and ID will be required.

of the country. Being just 800 yards from the UK’s largest motorway network and
within seven miles of three train stations, we are extremely accessible.

which is in the city centre and approximately six miles away.

terms and conditions
It is the responsibility of the party booker to ensure that ALL of
their party are aware of these terms and conditions.
Bookings can only be accepted on receipt of a completed, signed
booking form and appropriate payment.
A table plan for shared parties, produced by the Christmas Team,
will be displayed on the evening.
Tickets will be sent out approximately two weeks prior to your
event date. Deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances
and bookings (including any later additions to the booking) can
only be accepted from the party organiser. Any cancellations must
be communicated in writing to the Christmas Team and cannot be
accepted over the telephone (email is acceptable as long as a reply
is received from the Christmas Team to acknowledge receipt).
Cancellations within certain time frames are subject to
a cancellation fee as follows:
More than 56 days prior to the date of your party:
No cancellation fee (loss of deposit only)
More than 28 days but less than 56 days prior to the date
of your party: Loss of deposit plus cancellation fee equal
to 50% of the balance (based on numbers booked)
Less than 28 days prior to the date of your party:
Loss of deposit plus cancellation fee equal to 100% of
the balance (based on numbers booked)
Balance invoices will be issued eight weeks prior to your party (for
payment four weeks prior to your party). Non-payment of the final
balance on the due date will render our contract with you void.
The Christmas Team will endeavour to accommodate late dietary
requests and changes to your booking but will not be held
responsible for any inability to respond to changes made less than
14 days prior to the event.
The Christmas Team reserves the right to refuse admission, and
to remove from the function any person whose condition, in the
opinion of the staff, interferes, or is likely to interfere, with the
enjoyment of the function by other guests. The Christmas Team
will not accept responsibility for people who behave
inappropriately and are either prevented from entering or asked
to leave the function, and no refund will be offered for guests
removed from the event.
In accordance with the introduction of the smoking laws, all areas
of the venue are no smoking. We will, however, supply a designated
smoking area outside of the venue.
The Christmas Team will take great care to honour its
commitments, but reserves the right to amend or alter any part
of the function’s programme. The Christmas Team regrets that
it will not accept liability for errors, omissions or cancellations.
The Christmas Team reserves the right to make changes both
to the entertainment package and the menu in the event of any
shortages.
The Christmas Team does not accept liability and shall not be
liable for non-completion of the event, or for any delays arising as
a result of: lock outs; riots; strikes or black outs affecting any trade
with which the Christmas Team is concerned; adverse weather
conditions; loss damage or cancellation due to fire, flood or any
other cause beyond our control.
Age restrictions:
Shared Christmas parties held at the Ricoh Arena are strictly
over-18s only.

Guests will be turned away if their attire is deemed inappropriate
and no refund will be offered for guests turned away.
Cloakroom Facilities:
The Ricoh Arena will have a cloakroom facility onsite for the event
and there is a charge of £1 per item for this facility. The Ricoh Arena
does not take responsibility for any property left within these
facilities.
Late Arrivals:
Please note that we are unable to guarantee a reception drink will
be available for guests arriving after 7.30pm as reception service
will cease at this time. Guests arriving after food service has begun
may find that any courses they have missed will be unavailable
due to service restrictions.
Car Parking:
Parking is available onsite and is free of charge for party guests.
The nearest car park to the event entrance is Car Park A.
Guests should not park in car park D as this belongs to the Casino
who will charge £25 for unauthorised cars parked in this area.
Should guests wish to leave their car overnight on the night of their
party due to consumption of alcohol this is encouraged – however,
ALL cars must be picked up by 12noon the day after your party. If
cars are left on site beyond this time they may be removed by our
parking enforcers. The Ricoh Arena accepts no responsibility for
cars or the contents of those cars left overnight.
Miscellaneous:
Strobe lighting may be used during the night.
We enforce a zero tolerance drugs policy.
The venue team reserves the right to refuse admission, and to
remove from the function any person whose condition, in the
opinion of the staff, interferes, or is likely to interfere, with the
enjoyment of the function by other guests. The team will not
accept responsibility for people who behave inappropriately and
are either prevented from entering or asked to leave the function,
and no refund will be offered for guests removed from the event.
Please refrain from bringing any beverages to the event, this also
includes any alcoholic gifts which we advise are not brought
onsite. Any items found within the Ricoh Arena that have not
been purchased onsite will be confiscated.
Casino Entry:
At the end of the evening, guests can visit the onsite G Casino,
one of the largest in the UK, however entry into G Casino is not
guaranteed because you are a guest of ‘Lost in Wonderland’ – the
casino operate their own entry policy and may turn guests away if
they do not meet their entry criteria.

These terms and conditions are governed by English law and in the
unlikely event of a dispute the parties shall submit to the exclusive
jurisdiction of the English courts. The liability of the Christmas
Team in respect of any breach of these terms and conditions,
including any applied terms shall not extend to any consequential
losses whatsoever suffered by the client or their guests.
