WHAT IS “SHORT BARREL
TECHNOLOGY”(SBT)
Buck Gardner’s Short Barrel Technology offers waterfowlers
an easily controlled call without sacrificing any of
the sound qualities that you’ll need in a variety of hunting
situations. Soft quacks, feed calling, come-backs, and hail
calls are easily accomplished with the innovated Short
Barrel Technology. The smaller air cavity provides improved
caller control with less air, but still delivers plenty of
spunk. Simply put, Buck’s SBT series allow callers at any

Sorta Single system - a reed and a half, giving it the

REDUCTION” (VFR)
Construction of the insert and the assembling of the reeds

This incredible polycarbonate call produces the whole vocabulary of the Wood Duck, from the flying
squeal to the Wood Duck whine. You can use the squealer port to attract the attention of flocks or singles.
If you uncover the port, it will produce the contented whine on the water that is common in Wood Ducks.
