A New Start.
After a busy start in November 2006,
the new ownership of the business
has settled into a routine of delivering
Australia’s best Spring Water. Riga
Properties P/L took over from Andrew
and Katinka Lytton-Hitchens in a
whirlwind of pre Christmas and
height-of-drought water orders. Riga
Properties directors Aris and Valdis
Berzins are both keenly interested in
the future of the business and have
hands on experience with all the
processes. Aris was involved heavily
with the hand over from Andrew and
Katinka and is constantly looking at
improvements and new opportunities
for our water business.

Our New Staff
Of course, along with the new ownership we have new office staff whom you’ve
quite possibly already spoken to. Let us introduce our friendly office staff, Megan
and Lindy who job-share doing all the administration tasks. They’re both local to the
Southern Highlands. Megan has a young family and is heavily involved in children’s
sports while Lindy enjoys her equestrian pursuits. They are enjoying their new roles
immensely and both say they love working at Spring Alive. They’re waiting for your
phone order. We also welcome Paul our versatile new customer service and
delivery person. Paul is now a local, having moved to the best part of Australia from
the Central Coast.

married Christine on the first
of July at beautiful McVitty
Grove Winery. All had a
wonderful day, Bernie and
Christine honeymooned in
the Blue Mountains and he is
now back on deck, brighter
and happier than ever.

Take a look at your new fridge calendar
included with this newsletter. Pop it onto
your fridge and use it whenever you need to
recall your delivery week.
Don’t forget that dates with an asterix (*)
mean we won’t be delivering that day, but
we’ll make sure that you have plenty of
water in the delivery prior to that date.
You’re welcome to ring Lindy or Megan if
you’re unsure of a delivery date.

Our local spring has been flowing beautifully and has remained totally
unaffected by the bores at Kangaloon put in by the Sydney Water Catchment
Authority. This augurs well for the future of this lovely spring.
The spring flows from the ground relentlessly and the flow has kept constant
through dry times. This beautiful spring is water simply collected, filtered and
bottled. It truly is a “spring alive”.
