ADMISSION NOTIFICATION
The Ali Yavar Jung National Institute for the Hearing Handicapped graded as an excellent Institute by the Rehabilitation Council of India, imparts professional training of international
recognition, in the area of Audiology, Speech - Language Pathology and Special Education (Hearing Impairment). It also provides clinical & rehabilitation services for persons with
hearing impairment and communication disorders and is engaged in research and developmental activities.
Applications are invited for admission to the academic year 2007 - 08 for the following courses:

3) Other details:
i) For B.ASLP and M.ASLP at AYJNIHH, Mumbai, 50% seats are filled through MH-CET.
ii) For B.Ed.(HI) at AYJNIHH, Mumbai and AYJNIHH, Kolkata entrance examination will be held at the respective centers.
iii) Admission to B.ASLP course at SRC, Secunderabad will be made purely on merit basis.
iv) For Ph.D. programme in Audiology and Speech - Language Pathology at Mumbai and BASLP at AYJNIHH, NRC, New Delhi the
advertisement will be released separately.
v) For fees and other information refer prospectus/website.
vi) Seats are reserved for SC/ST/PH as per Govt of India rules.
vii) Candidates appearing in Class 10 + 2 in 2007 can also apply.
viii) Applications received after the last date will not be entertained.

xi) The Director has all the authority to reject & select any application without assigning any reason.
