PASTORAL BLOG____________________________
By Pastor Marvin Clarke
Off Thursday
If you are aware of someone who is ill, please notify a member of the
pastoral staff. Kindly remember our sick and shut-in members with
your prayers, calls, cards, visits, and other acts of kindness. “For I was
sick… I was alone and you visited me… when you did these things…
you were doing them to me.” (Matthew 25:36, 40)
The word says..."That at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, of
things in heaven, and things in earth, and things under the earth; And
that every tongue should confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory
of God the Father." - Philippians 2:10-11
The woman in the crowd touched the hem of Jesus' garment. Jesus
turned around, and said, "Who is it that touched Me" and the woman
just fell down to the ground in worship and thankfulness. When the
wise men first laid eyes upon Jesus, they fell down and worshiped
Him. And do you recall the lepers, others that were sick, and beggars
They all fell down before Jesus and worshiped Him. They all recognized
His authority and His sovereignty. Toronto West let's deny self
and stories and situations and give God His praise in worship!
