1. What is the <strong>Digicel</strong> <strong>Online</strong> <strong>Top</strong>-<strong>Up</strong> Promotion<br />

The <strong>Digicel</strong> <strong>Online</strong> <strong>Top</strong>-<strong>Up</strong> Promotion allows all prepaid customers who top up using <strong>Digicel</strong>’s<br />

<strong>Online</strong> <strong>Top</strong>-up service to receive 100% more credit as a bonus.<br />

2. How does the promotion work<br />

Prepaid customers who top up using the <strong>Digicel</strong> <strong>Online</strong> <strong>Top</strong>-up service between <strong>January</strong> 1, 2011<br />

and <strong>January</strong> 31, 2011 will receive a 100% bonus of the amount of credit that was added.<br />

The Bonus Credit can only be used towards local <strong>Digicel</strong> to <strong>Digicel</strong> calls and also includes<br />

International Plan destinations of USA, Canada, China and landlines only in the UK and Spain<br />

3. How much bonus credit do I receive<br />

You will receive 100% of the credit purchased as bonus credit.<br />

4. How long is the 100% bonus credit valid <strong>for</strong><br />

The bonus credit is valid <strong>for</strong> seven (7) days.<br />

5. Is there a restriction on how the bonus credit may be used<br />

Yes. Bonus credit can only be used <strong>for</strong> local on-net <strong>Digicel</strong> to <strong>Digicel</strong> calls and also includes<br />

International Plan destinations of USA, Canada, China and landlines only in the UK and Spain<br />

6. How do I check the bonus credit balance<br />

You are required to dial *120*6# in order to check your bonus credit balance.<br />

7. How will I know that I have received the bonus credit


You will receive a text message advising you that the bonus credit has been added, as well as how<br />

to check your bonus balance.<br />

8. Are there specific denominations that must be purchased in order to receive the 100% bonus credit<br />

Yes. All purchases valuing $1250 and more using <strong>Digicel</strong> <strong>Online</strong> <strong>Top</strong>-up will qualify you <strong>for</strong> the<br />

additional 100% bonus credit.<br />

9. Is there a minimum top-up value that is required in order to receive the 100% bonus credit<br />

Yes. All top-ups valuing JA$1250 or more done via <strong>Digicel</strong> <strong>Online</strong> <strong>Top</strong>-<strong>Up</strong> during the<br />

promotional period will qualify to receive the 100% bonus credit.<br />

10. If I top up using any other top up methods <strong>for</strong> e.g. a regular flex card, DirectFlex or BankFlex will I<br />

still benefit from the bonus credit<br />

No. Only prepaid customers who top up using the <strong>Digicel</strong> <strong>Online</strong> <strong>Top</strong> up service provided by<br />

<strong>Digicel</strong> will benefit.<br />

11. If I top up using WebFlex will I qualify <strong>for</strong> the 100% bonus credit<br />

No. <strong>Top</strong> ups done using WebFlex during the promotional period do not qualify to receive the<br />

100% bonus.<br />

WebFlex users who register <strong>for</strong> <strong>Digicel</strong> <strong>Online</strong> <strong>Top</strong>-<strong>Up</strong> and use the service to add credit during<br />

the promotional period will receive the 100% bonus credit.<br />

12. Is there a limit to the number of top ups that can be done during the promotional period<br />

No. However your use of the <strong>Digicel</strong> <strong>Online</strong> <strong>Top</strong>-<strong>Up</strong> service will be monitored by Ezetop’s fraud<br />

management tool.<br />

If top ups being done do not raise any red flags, then you will be permitted to top up as many<br />

times as you wish.<br />

13. What will happen if I become restricted from topping up by Ezetop’s fraud management tool


Your <strong>Digicel</strong> <strong>Online</strong> <strong>Top</strong>-up account will be restricted from topping up <strong>for</strong> an unspecified time<br />

and you will be asked to retry your top up at a later time.<br />

14. If a customer tops up after <strong>January</strong> 31, 2011, will I still benefit from the 100% bonus credit<br />

No. The last day <strong>for</strong> topping up is <strong>January</strong> 31, 2011 at 11:59:59pm (local <strong>Jamaica</strong>n time). The<br />

bonus credit will expire seven (7) days after it is applied.<br />

15. How will customers be in<strong>for</strong>med of the promotion<br />

Along with the regular marketing tools, customers who have registered <strong>for</strong> the <strong>Digicel</strong> <strong>Online</strong><br />

<strong>Top</strong>-up service will receive a text message and emails advising them of the promotion.<br />

The <strong>Digicel</strong> website will be updated to introduce the promotion as well.<br />

16. In what <strong>Digicel</strong> territories will this promotion be available<br />

The promotion will be available in:<br />

‣ British Virgin Islands<br />

‣ Cayman<br />
