Pre-Event Activity: Handstands<br />

Vault: 3x Sprints. Punching with two feet on board.. 2x saluted routines.<br />

Beam: Mounts, dismounts, walking in releve. Half turns on low beam.. Finish with a routine.<br />

Bars: 5x Pullovers, Casts, squat on to floor bars. FINISH ALL TURNS WITH STICK!<br />

Floor: 10x Cartwheels (both sides). Forward rolls with knees together. Salute 3 routines.<br />

Conditioning: LEGS . . . High Jumps, step ups, wall sits.<br />
