Cancellation Policy<br />

For delegates who can no longer attend they must contact Fitwise to cancel their place. Those who do not<br />

cancel their place by 12th April 2010 will incur a £60 cancellation fee. All delegates attending on the day will<br />

be admitted free of charge provided they have pre-registered.<br />

I agree that if I do not cancel my free place by Monday 12th April 2010, and do not<br />

attend. I will be liable for the £60 cancellation charge, which must be paid by 30 days<br />

A FREE study day aimed at urology and oncology nurses working in both<br />

the community and the acute sector, as well as nursing professionals<br />

with an interest in the management & treatment of prostate cancer.<br />

After the tremendous success of this study day<br />

in Southampton in July 2009 and Manchester<br />

in December 2009, we are taking this event to<br />

Wales. This programme on 21st April in Cardiff<br />

has been developed by the British Association<br />

of Urological Nurses (<strong>BAUN</strong>). The day is being<br />

chaired by the <strong>BAUN</strong> President – Lucinda Poulton<br />

and speakers invited include Professor Howard<br />

Kynaston, Consultant Urological Surgeon,<br />

University Hospital Wales, Cardiff; Professor<br />

Malcolm Mason, Clinical Oncologist, Velindre<br />

Hospital, Cardiff University; Helen Johnson,<br />

Hampshire NHS Foundation Trust and many other<br />

high profile speakers.<br />
