challenge to the Monroeville Zoning Ordinance, 1443, as amended, and review the proposed
amendment to that Ordinance. Recommendations will then be forwarded to Monroeville
Council for their review and action.
Please provide the following information:
1. Please identify appropriate section of the Monroeville Zoning Ordinance, 1443, as amended,
and describe request for challenge to the validity of that document:
Note: As separate attachment, include eighteen (18) copies of the proposed amendment to the Zoning
Ordinance.

2. Please describe the use or land development proposed by the property owner that would be
permitted by approval of the challenged ordinance
3. Please include a preliminary site plan of the proposed land development prepared by a
licensed architect, engineer, planner, surveyor or landscape architect in accordance with
standard architectural and engineering practices and clearly indicate the following:
• Title block giving name of development, property owner, developer, north point, date
and scale (minimum, 1" = 50');
• Property lines and total acreage of parcel proposed for development;
• All existing streets, rights-of-way and easements related to the development;
• Required front, side and rear yard lines, and any required building line;
• Location, dimensions, total square footage and ground floor elevations of proposed
structures, walkways, driveways, entrances, parking facilities, loading spaces,
landscaping, signs, lighting facilities, fences or walls, fire hydrants and fire lanes and
other site improvements or amenities; and
• Such other relevant information required by the Director of Community Development.
