1. Body or disc abraded. Replace defective part.<br />
2. Travel stop is not set correctly. (May require<br />
travel stop adjustment).<br />
What if fluid leaks between body and mating flange<br />
1. Bolts not tightened properly. Retighten<br />
diagonally and uniformly.<br />
What if fluid leaks from gland<br />
1. Gland is loose. Retighten packing holder.<br />
2. V-packing is abraded. Replace V-packing.<br />
What if valve cannot be operated<br />
1. Lever, gear box or stem damaged. Replace<br />
defective part.<br />
