Our experienced team is interested in providing electrical, controls and telecommunications engineering and
lighting design, as well as planning studies and construction support services to the City of Post Falls.
Trindera’s key personnel have worked throughout the Inland Northwest for over 22 years. We are adept at
supporting projects with short timelines that require on-site administration, with a specific focus on electrical

Mr. Haneline has over 18 years of experience in project development,
management and engineering of energy related projects. He has
managed projects ranging in scope from utility infrastructure for T-D
systems to renewable projects such as wind and solar. He has developed
and managed projects in the ESCO industry for K-12, colleges,
universities, municipalities, commercial, and industrial customers
throughout the Southwest and the Inland NW. He has extensive
experience developing staffing plans, grant and loan programs, work
schedules, budgets, timelines, and contract negotiations to ensure quality
and safety while meeting internal and external standards. Mr. Haneline is
motivated to provide clients with innovative solutions focused on reducing
their energy and operational costs while optimizing their operations. Mr.
Haneline also serves as a certified AEE-CEM® with the Association of
Energy Engineers.

TERRY STULC, P.E., PRINCIPAL
President, Principal-In-Charge
For over 22 years, our principal-in-charge Mr. Stulc has worked in the greater
Northwest region, as a licensed professional electrical engineer in the states of ID,
WA and MT. His expertise includes public works to private development, for
institutional, governmental, commercial, educational, and industrial projects. Mr.
Stulc is an active member of the Idaho Society of Professional Engineers, the
Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers, and the American Water Works
Association. He is experienced in resource management, budgeting and cost
alternatives, project scheduling and project management.
GRADY WEISZ, P.E.
Project Manager, Electrical Engineer
Mr. Weisz has an impressive portfolio in the public works, municipal and
commercial markets. He is active with the Institute of Electrical and Electronics
Engineers and the National Society of Professional Engineers. Mr. Weisz has
developed his professional experience working on power and controls systems
projects throughout the Inland Northwest. He is proficient in project management,
project design, bid and construction support services, budgeting and project cost
estimating.
TYLER SPENCE, E.I.T.
Electrical Engineer
Mr. Spence brings a fresh and current perspective to our engineering team, as an
electrical engineer-in-training. He has specialized experience with commercial
projects such as schools, hospitals and office buildings, as well as public works
projects. Mr. Spence has served as a project manager and is adept in working with
clients and other engineering disciplines. In addition to design oriented tasks, he
focuses on communication systems, power quality issues, electrical testing and
commissioning.
AARIN MORRIS
Software Engineer
Mr. Morris has extensive experience with programming and control automation for
municipal, industrial, and manufacturing facilities. He is proficient with PLC and
HMI controls, motor controls, wiring and circuiting. Mr. Morris is a certified
Journeyman Electrician and familiar with the National Electric Code. He is adept in
the design, installation supervision, and troubleshooting of control systems.

Project Manager, Senior Electrical Engineer
Mr. Teichmann has over 20 years of experience, primarily with power and lighting for
commercial projects. He has an in-depth understanding of the National Electrical Code
and a licensed professional electrical engineer in the states of ID, WA, MT, AZ, AK and
WY. Mr. Teichmann has worked on commercial office spaces, churches, retail spaces,
schools, health care facilities, airports, and outdoor lighting projects. He serves as
Trindera’s Quality Control Director. He is proficient in resource management, budgeting
and cost alternatives, project scheduling and project management.
JOSEPH HOWER, LEED AP
Electrical Engineer
Mr. Hower has over 22 years of electrical design experience, focused on commercial
projects for power, lighting and specialty systems. He has expertise in Building
Information Modeling (BIM) with REVIT software as the main platform. Mr. Hower is a
LEED AP (Accredited Professional), and specializes in code compliance and
ComCheck reviews. His wide range of project experience includes higher education, K-
12 schools, courthouses, hospitals, houses of worship, medical facilities and office
buildings. He has successfully led design teams for projects ranging upwards of 50
million dollars (construction budget) consistently delivering quality designs on time and
in budget. He has participated in the design of historical restoration projects, athletic
facilities, community centers and LEED certified buildings.
BARBARA BARKER, LEED AP BD + C, LC
Lighting Consultant
Ms. Barker has 25 years of experience and provides creative solutions to your lighting
design. With her degree in Architectural Engineering (with an emphasis in Illumination),
she understands how light interacts with surfaces and how to treat it like an artistic
medium. As an engineer, she understands how to evaluate and quantify the lighting
experience. She has provided lighting design and analysis for interior and exterior
electrical lighting as well as daylighting in buildings. Ms. Barker is a LEED AP and has a
passion for sensible sustainability. As a NCQLP LC, she is adept in coordination
lighting design with architects, interior designers, electrical engineers and vendors. She
is current with energy efficiency standards and codes (IECC, ComCheck, NREC) and
the latest technologies to optimize energy use. She is also familiar with the WSSP
(Washington State School Protocol) and can assist you with the electric and daylighting
aspects of that design guide. Ms. Barker’s familiarity and experience with the various
and available systems assure maintainable and sustainable lighting control systems.
