Mr. Haneline has over 18 years <strong>of</strong> experience in project development,<br />

managed projects ranging in scope from utility infrastructure for T-D<br />

systems to renewable projects such as wind and solar. He has developed<br />

and managed projects in the ESCO industry for K-12, colleges,<br />

President, Principal-In-Charge<br />

For over 22 years, our principal-in-charge Mr. Stulc has worked in the greater<br />

Northwest region, as a licensed pr<strong>of</strong>essional electrical engineer in the states <strong>of</strong> ID,<br />

WA and MT. His expertise includes public works to private development, for<br />

institutional, governmental, commercial, educational, and industrial projects. Mr.<br />

Stulc is an active member <strong>of</strong> the Idaho Society <strong>of</strong> Pr<strong>of</strong>essional Engineers, the<br />

Institute <strong>of</strong> Electrical and Electronics Engineers, and the American Water Works<br />

Association. He is experienced in resource management, budgeting and cost<br />

alternatives, project scheduling and project management.<br />

GRADY WEISZ, P.E.<br />

Project Manager, Electrical Engineer<br />

Mr. Weisz has an impressive portfolio in the public works, municipal and<br />

commercial markets. He is active with the Institute <strong>of</strong> Electrical and Electronics<br />

Engineers and the National Society <strong>of</strong> Pr<strong>of</strong>essional Engineers. Mr. Weisz has<br />

TYLER SPENCE, E.I.T.<br />

Electrical Engineer<br />

Mr. Spence brings a fresh and current perspective to our engineering team, as an<br />

electrical engineer-in-training. He has specialized experience with commercial<br />

projects such as schools, hospitals and <strong>of</strong>fice buildings, as well as public works<br />

projects. Mr. Spence has served as a project manager and is adept in working with<br />

clients and other engineering disciplines. In addition to design oriented tasks, he<br />

Mr. Morris has extensive experience with programming and control automation for<br />

municipal, industrial, and manufacturing facilities. He is pr<strong>of</strong>icient with PLC and<br />

HMI controls, motor controls, wiring and circuiting. Mr. Morris is a certified<br />

Journeyman Electrician and familiar with the National Electric Code. He is adept in<br />

Mr. Teichmann has over 20 years <strong>of</strong> experience, primarily with power and lighting for<br />

commercial projects. He has an in-depth understanding <strong>of</strong> the National Electrical Code<br />

and a licensed pr<strong>of</strong>essional electrical engineer in the states <strong>of</strong> ID, WA, MT, AZ, AK and<br />

WY. Mr. Teichmann has worked on commercial <strong>of</strong>fice spaces, churches, retail spaces,<br />

schools, health care facilities, airports, and outdoor lighting projects. He serves as<br />

<strong>Trindera</strong>’s Quality Control Director. He is pr<strong>of</strong>icient in resource management, budgeting<br />

and cost alternatives, project scheduling and project management.<br />

JOSEPH HOWER, LEED AP<br />

Electrical Engineer<br />

Mr. Hower has over 22 years <strong>of</strong> electrical design experience, focused on commercial<br />

projects for power, lighting and specialty systems. He has expertise in Building<br />

Information Modeling (BIM) with REVIT s<strong>of</strong>tware as the main platform. Mr. Hower is a<br />

LEED AP (Accredited Pr<strong>of</strong>essional), and specializes in code compliance and<br />

ComCheck reviews. His wide range <strong>of</strong> project experience includes higher education, K-<br />

12 schools, courthouses, hospitals, houses <strong>of</strong> worship, medical facilities and <strong>of</strong>fice<br />

buildings. He has successfully led design teams for projects ranging upwards <strong>of</strong> 50<br />

million dollars (construction budget) consistently delivering quality designs on time and<br />

in budget. He has participated in the design <strong>of</strong> historical restoration projects, athletic<br />

facilities, community centers and LEED certified buildings.<br />

BARBARA BARKER, LEED AP BD + C, LC<br />

Lighting Consultant<br />

Ms. Barker has 25 years <strong>of</strong> experience and provides creative solutions to your lighting<br />

design. With her degree in Architectural Engineering (with an emphasis in Illumination),<br />

she understands how light interacts with surfaces and how to treat it like an artistic<br />

medium. As an engineer, she understands how to evaluate and quantify the lighting<br />

experience. She has provided lighting design and analysis for interior and exterior<br />

electrical lighting as well as daylighting in buildings. Ms. Barker is a LEED AP and has a<br />

passion for sensible sustainability. As a NCQLP LC, she is adept in coordination<br />

lighting design with architects, interior designers, electrical engineers and vendors. She<br />

is current with energy efficiency standards and codes (IECC, ComCheck, NREC) and<br />

the latest technologies to optimize energy use. She is also familiar with the WSSP<br />

(Washington State School Protocol) and can assist you with the electric and daylighting<br />

aspects <strong>of</strong> that design guide. Ms. Barker’s familiarity and experience with the various<br />

and available systems assure maintainable and sustainable lighting control systems.<br />

Rob Haneline<br />

Mr. Haneline has over 18 years <strong>of</strong> experience in project development,<br />

management and engineering <strong>of</strong> energy related projects. He has<br />

managed projects ranging in scope from utility infrastructure for T-D<br />

systems to renewable projects such as wind and solar. He has developed<br />

and managed projects in the ESCO industry for K-12, colleges,<br />

universities, municipalities, commercial, and industrial customers<br />

throughout the Southwest and the Inland NW. He has extensive<br />

experience developing staffing plans, grant and loan programs, work<br />

schedules, budgets, timelines, and contract negotiations to ensure quality<br />

and safety while meeting internal and external standards. Mr. Haneline is<br />

motivated to provide clients with innovative solutions focused on reducing<br />

their energy and operational costs while optimizing their operations. Mr.<br />

Haneline also serves as a certified AEE-CEM® with the Association <strong>of</strong><br />
