Reminders
• Occupancy limits apply to all ages,
including infants. A fee will be assessed
for non-compliance.
• Units are randomly assigned by
computer on the morning of your
arrival. Due to the complexity of the
resort, no specific request can be taken.
• Mid-stay cleans only occur for stays of:
• 10 nights or more at the
Cypress Pointe Phase 1
• 7 nights or more at the
Grande Villas Phase 2
• Parking is available for one vehicle
per unit during your stay. Larger
vehicles, including oversized trucks or
vans, campers, trailers or boats are not
permitted on property.
• Smoking will only be allowed in
designated smoking areas. Smoking is
not allowed in rooms, decks, lanais or
patios. A fee will be assessed for noncompliance.
• Pets are not allowed at VI Resorts. A
fee will be assessed for non-compliance.

phases within the same Resort.
Cypress Pointe Lake Buena Vista
(LBV) and Grande Villas (GVC).
Each Phase has their own checkin
facility.

24 hours/7 days a week
Check-in Time: 4:00 p.m.
Check-out Time: 10:00 a.m.

Deposit: A $250.00 refundable
deposit is required at check-in
for all Owners and Guests,

Cypress Pointe Resort is located minutes
away from the entrance to Downtown
Disney and within walking distance of
shopping and restaurants.
From Orlando International Airport
• Follow directions to the Airport
North Exit and to Road 528 West.
• Road 528 West ends merging onto I-4
West to Tampa.
• Follow I-4 West to the next exit
(Exit # 68), Lake Buena Vista, Road
535/S. Apopka Vineland Road.
• Follow the exit ramp – stay in right
lane all the way to the traffic light
• Turn right at the end of the ramp
into S. Apopka Vineland Road (going
North).
• Turn right onto Vinings Way Blvd.,
which is the fourth traffic light
(counting the light at the end of the
ramp).
• Cypress Pointe Resort is the second
entrance on the left. For Grande
Villas, continue and turn right onto
Turtle Cay Circle.
