GLOBAL CITIZEN MANAGER (ARTS)<br />
This role has the primary purpose of empowering students<br />
from Arts backgrounds to develop their leadership attributes<br />
by providing relevant international exchange projects. You will<br />
develop a close customer relationship by providing information<br />
and assistance and in doing so facilitate their progress and<br />
development throughout their exchange. From this you will<br />
develop communication skills, professionalism, goal oriented<br />
work ethic and leadership skills.<br />
GLOBAL CITIZEN MANAGER (BUSINESS)<br />
This role has the primary purpose of empowering students<br />
from Business backgrounds to develop their leadership<br />
attributes by providing relevant international exchange<br />
projects. You will develop a close customer relationship by<br />
providing information and assistance and in doing so facilitate<br />
their progress and development throughout their exchange.<br />
From this you will develop communication skills,<br />
professionalism, goal oriented work ethic and leadership skills.

GLOBAL TALENT PROGRAM MANAGER (EDUCATION)<br />
Role: The core responsibilities of an oGIP (Education) member will be to<br />
understand the mindset of education students to inspire the desire to<br />
develop professionally on a international level. As someone directly in touch<br />
with the customer, they will maintain a close relationship with each exchange<br />
participant to understand their values and expectations. They will have<br />
opportunities to participate in sales activity, promotional campaigns and<br />
facilitate preparation workshops and conduct consultancy chats.<br />
Responsibilities:<br />
•Providing support and addressing any education participants’ queries or<br />
concerns<br />
•Organise and perform consultancy chats for interested applicants<br />
•Create and maintain international partnerships with other AIESEC local<br />
committees<br />
Role: oGIP (Marketing) members will need to understand the mindset of a<br />
marketing student and the values they seek in an internship. They will be<br />
responsible for empowering the EPs to be motivated to develop on an<br />
international level. As an oGIP (Marketing) member, they will have<br />
opportunities to participate in sales activity, promotional campaigns and<br />
facilitate preparation workshops and conduct consultancy chats.<br />

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT OFFICER (IGIP)<br />
Role: The role of the iGIP Business Development Officer will primarily involve<br />
developing trusted relationships with businesses through the undertaking of<br />
core sales activities including lead generation, attending meetings and going<br />
on networking events. By understanding the needs of companies they work<br />
with, they will play a strategic role in aligning key iGIP sub-products to<br />
different market industries/segments for expanding the overall iGIP program.<br />

Role: The role of a Talent Development Officer is to ensure the<br />
implementation of team minimums to ensure empowering membership<br />
experiences, as well as a focus on improving productivity and efficiency<br />
through tracking and analysis.<br />

They will play a crucial role in personal development of both the membership<br />
and our exchange participants through our Leadership Development Model,<br />
with opportunities to drive member education and organisational culture.<br />

FINANCE AND GOVERNANCE<br />
SUPPORT FUNCTION<br />
Role: The role of the Financial Management Officer is to ensure the<br />
sustainability of AIESEC in Sydney in a manner that maximises the impact of<br />
our local committee on members and exchange participants. He/She will play<br />
a crucial role in maintaining a healthy financial status for the local committee<br />
through tracking and processing financial transactions, as well as analysing<br />
financial trends across the whole local committee to propose creative<br />
financial investments to maximise our impact on our stakeholders. As a<br />
result, a high level of responsibility, an interest in accounting, as well as a<br />
strong understanding of AIESEC in Sydney’s operations and purpose is<br />
required to thrive in this role.<br />
FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT OFFICER<br />
FINANCIAL ADVISOR<br />
Role: The role of a Financial Advisor is to guarantee sustainability in one of<br />
AIESEC in Sydney’s three exchange programs (Incoming Global Internship<br />
Program (IGIP), Global Talent (OGIP) and Global Citizen (OGCDP)) in a<br />
manner that maximises the impact of the program on its stakeholders.<br />
They will play a crucial role in increasing both the number of experiences<br />
AIESEC delivers and the quality of those experiences through proposing<br />
beneficial and creative financial investments from the analysis of sales<br />
management plan data (SMP), financial data, as well as quality control data<br />
(NPS). As a result, strong synergy and understanding between back office<br />
portfolios and front office portfolios is required - to facilitate this, a Financial<br />
Advisor will play an integrated role in also having the opportunity to deliver<br />
the program that they are responsible for.<br />

SUPPORT FUNCTION<br />
MARKETING AND COMMUNICATIONS<br />
LEADS AND ACCOUNTS MANAGER (ICX)<br />
Within this role, you will be responsible for evolving the Incoming Exchange<br />
portfolio’s interaction and communication with key stakeholders by creating<br />
and providing strategic resources. This role ensures that the needs of<br />
external stakeholders are catered to through our content creation and<br />
resources. Central to the fulfilment of this role is the use and creation of<br />
business intelligence to inform key sales strategies and AIESEC in Sydney’s<br />
activity across key markets. This role teaches about market data analysis,<br />
skills pertaining to B2B and develops problem-solving skills.<br />
STRATEGIC PARNTERSHIPS MANAGER (ICX)<br />
Within this role, you will be tasked with exploring opportunities to broaden<br />
AIESEC in Sydney’s reach into peak bodies and groups and manage relations<br />
with key agents of B2B marketing. You will produce and implement strategies<br />
to strike valuable links with external stakeholders that position AIESEC in<br />
Sydney’s brand with coherence and credibility. This role will develop an<br />
outcome-focused mindset, develop time and task management skills, as well<br />
as networking, decision making and problem solving skills.<br />
B2B BRANDING COORDINATOR (ICX)<br />
Within this role, you will be responsible for building AIESEC in Sydney’s<br />
profile across key target industries, wherein business development is<br />
conducted. You will be curating and coordinating AIESEC in Sydney’s overall<br />
B2B branding that forms a crucial part of the Marketing portfolio’s overall<br />
strategy in its support of the Incoming Exchange portfolio. A key vehicle to<br />
achieve this end is market research. As such, your role will feature extensive<br />
employment of key research methodologies and tools that are of best<br />
practice in the field of marketing. An AIESEC brand informed by effective<br />
market research will also enable the constructive management of digital<br />
channels that reach out to different businesses. This role will teach a<br />
candidate design curating principles, the nexus between market research and<br />
branding and the function of digital channels in the marketing portfolio of a<br />
social enterprise.
Within this role, you will be tasked to prepare and distribute articles and<br />
press releases that form AIESEC in Sydney’s B2B marketing strategies.<br />
Liaising with media outlets, monitoring and evaluating industry-based trends<br />
to devise the right mode of thought leadership and advising the Marketing<br />
and Communications portfolio of public relations opportunities will<br />
prominently feature in this role. An ability to coherently communicate ideas<br />
with an eye for detail and creative flair will importantly assist a candidate in<br />
this position. This role will teach a candidate communications management<br />
and the interrelationship between market research and public relations.<br />
PUBLIC RELATIONS AND COMMUNICATIONS OFFICER (ICX)<br />
Within this role, you will be enabled with opportunities to apply design<br />
objects as a communicative tool of AIESEC in Sydney within student<br />
markets. You will be curating and coordinating AIEEC in Sydney’s overall<br />
B2S branding that forms a crucial part of the Marketing portfolio’s overall<br />
strategy in its support of the Outgoing Exchange portfolio. Branding<br />
principles and directives will be informed and guided by market research<br />
conducted within the Branding Coordinator position and collaboratively<br />
across the Marketing Strategy Operations (OGX) team. Concomitant to this<br />
function of the role is the management and optimisation of AIESEC in<br />
Sydney’s digital channels of B2S engagement. Overall, this role will equip a<br />
candidate with design curating principles, and understanding of the nexus<br />
between market research and branding and the role of digital channels<br />
management in the marketing portfolio of a social enterprise.<br />
B2S (BUSINESS TO STUDENT) BRANDING COORDINATOR<br />
EVENTS MANAGER (OGX)<br />
Within this role you will be tasked with conducting on-campus events that<br />
will attract and retain target audiences. You must be able to coordinate the<br />
logistics and technical aspects of an event to ensure it has a smooth delivery<br />
to our audiences and generate ideas for on-campus events to deliver the<br />
AIESEC brand. From this role you will be an able manager of events’<br />
logistics, delivery, design and the application of marketing tools and<br />
methodologies in the use of events as strategic campaign assets.
UNIVERSITY RELATIONS MANAGER<br />
Within this role, you will be responsible for managing existing relationships<br />
with university-based stakeholders, utilizing their support to broaden the<br />
marketing strategies for the MAC portfolio and the organisation. Additionally,<br />
you will be tasked with exploring new areas of opportunity in order to build<br />
on university relations to purposefully broaden the scope, in both reach and<br />
depth, of student markets engaged. This role will help build on you problem<br />
solving skills, accounts management, nexus between marketing and external<br />
relations and networking skills.<br />
ON-CAMPUS RELATIONS MANAGER<br />
Within this role, you will be responsible for managing existing relationships<br />
with on-campus organisations, utilizing their support to broaden the<br />
marketing strategies for the MAC portfolio and the organisation. Additionally,<br />
you will be tasked with exploring new areas of opportunity in order to build<br />
on university relations to purposefully broaden the scope, in both reach and<br />
depth, of student markets engaged. This role will help build on you problem<br />
solving skills, accounts management, nexus between marketing and external<br />
relations and networking skills.<br />
Within this role, you will be tasked to prepare and deliver articles and press<br />

entail writing, editing and arranging the right content for media outlets that<br />
offer opportunities to showcase AIESEC’s impact and thought leadership on<br />
key issues relevant to youth. You will be advising the Marketing portfolio on<br />
public relations strategies’ to heighten AIESEC in Sydney’s profile on<br />
campus. An ability to coherently communicate ideas with creative flair and an<br />
eye for detail will greatly assist a candidate in this position. This role will help<br />
develop your aptitude for written and oral communication, and teach you the<br />
nexus between public relations strategy and practice.<br />
