REMEMBER: Please tell your children what you have ordered for them for each break!

Ordering
1) Orders due to Tuckshop by 9.15am Friday morning.
2) Please mark you orders on a bag clearly and correctly as shown below. When
writing your bags, please try to write with the bag opening at the top and write in
the middle of the bag.
3) Group orders together into one bag and place into express box where possible.
Make sure the top of the bag is folded down securely so money does not fall out.
4) All orders are to be made via bag system. Please note we do not sell any items
over the counter.
Change
5) Please try to include correct change when placing your order.
6) Change requiring coins only will be taped to the bag and returned to your child.
7) If you would like to get your change straight away you may line up at the till inside.
8) Large amounts of change will be taken to the office for your child to collect.
Delivery to your child
9) Orders (excluding frozen/refrigerated) will be picked up by a responsible class
delegate and taken to their eating area in their class box.
10) Items such as frozen goods, apple slinkies and milk drinks must be collected from
the Tuckshop by your child. (Grade 3 and above) Children need to bring their bag
to tuckshop when collecting these items.
11) ALL frozen/refrigerated items for Prep, 1 & 2 students are delivered to their eating
area.
Volunteering
12) Please remember that the Tuckshop relies completely on volunteers to prepare
and deliver lunch for the entire school.
13) If we make a mistake or there are some delays in providing food, please be patient
with us. Our goal is to provide the children with healthy, correctly prepared food
as smoothly as we can.

How to Order from the Tuckshop
Healthy Food choices
15) Our menus are carefully selected to encourage healthy food choices. All food
made on site is prepared to strict food safety guidelines and purchased food is
prepared according to manufacturers instruction and in line with strict health
guidelines. Health and safety is our priority in the Tuckshop.
16) Please note the smiley face system – Two smiley faces (☺☺) indicate that the item
is the healthiest choice and one smiley face (☺) indicates the item is a good choice.
17) All items however do fall within the Governments Smart Choices Green and Amber
categories. We are a small school tuckshop open for just one day a week and we
aim to provide a small range of affordable and healthy food choices for your
children.
18) We are sorry if we don’t provide your child’s favourite food and we encourage
them to try something else.
19) If there are any particular food items you wish to see on the menu, please let us
know and we will endeavour to accommodate
Payment / Credit
20) The Tuckshop is unable to offer credit. If your child has forgotten their lunch they
should talk to staff in the School Office. The school office can then arrange with
the Tuckshop for your child to receive some lunch.
