Notice <strong>of</strong> <strong>Committee</strong> Elections at the Annual General Meeting<br />
19 December 2012<br />
In accordance with the Constitution and Rules, the <strong>Committee</strong> shall comprise a Chairman,<br />
Hon Secretary, Hon Treasurer and six members with the option to co-opt other members as<br />
required.<br />
The <strong>Committee</strong>’s proposals for the new <strong>of</strong>ficers and members for the forthcoming year are<br />
found below.<br />
Please send any additional nominations for Officers or <strong>Committee</strong> members to Martha<br />
Tressler using the form included below. Candidates must be proposed by one fully paid-up<br />
member and seconded by another. The Chairman, Hon. Secretary and Hon. Treasurer must<br />
have been a member <strong>of</strong> the <strong>Committee</strong> for at least one year.<br />
