GUIDELINES FOR TEAM ENTRY & TOURNAMENT PLAY
1. All players must be 21 years of age and have played together in the same league system. Each player MUST HAVE
48 GAMES ON ONE TEAM AT TIME OF ENTRY. All players must have picture I.D. at the tournament. NEW
STARTING TIMES: FRIDAY 5/20/2011, 5 P.M., SATURDAY 5/21/2011, 9 A.M. AND 5 P.M.
2. A team may use up to six players (all from the same league system). The team will be classed by the statistics of the
four best players.
3. THERE ARE NO SUBSTITUTIONS ALLOWED AT THE TOURNAMENT SITE. All entries should have six
players listed and must draw their team from those players. A team will be classed with the statistics of the 4 best
players. A person may register to play on more than one team but may only play on one team. A player found playing
or to have played on more than one team, both teams may be disqualified; all players may be banned from play for 3
years.
4. Team tournament format will be shift robin preliminaries with 2 best records advancing to the finals. Finals will be
double elimination. PLAY STARTS 9:00AM SUNDAY FOR QUALIFYING TEAMS.
5. No team will be allowed to switch players after a match has started.
6. Any team forfeiting a game for any reason during tournament play will be dropped from tournament; round robin
matches will be re-scored accordingly. Double elimination will forfeit remaining matches. Players on that team will
be restricted from playing in the following year’s tournament.
7. Any players/teams expelled from the tournament for any reason will not be eligible for refunds or prize money. All
players on that team may be restricted from playing in the following year’s tournament.
8. Team captains are in charge of registration. Any team caught using an illegal player will forfeit all matches. No
exceptions!!!!! A person may register to play on more than one team but may only play on one team. A player found
playing or to have played on more than one team, both teams may be disqualified; all players may be banned from
play for 3 years.
9. ENTRY CONFIRMATIONS WILL BE POSTED ON WAMO.NET 4/11/2011, NO
CONFIRMATIONS WILL BE MAILED THIS YEAR!

GUIDELINES FOR DOUBLES ENTRY & TOURNAMENT PLAY
1. All players must be 21 years of age and have played a minimum of 48 games in a sanctioned
league at time of entry. All players must have picture I.D. with them at the tournament.
2. List an alternate player. There are no substitutions at the tournament site! Team will be
classed by the statistics of the two best players. No player can play on more than one team!
A player can be listed as a reg/alt on more than one roster but may only play on one team!
3. Tournament format will be double elimination best 2 of 3 games.
4. Any team short player(s) at the start of their first match will forfeit all matches.
5. Any players/teams expelled from the tournament for any reason will not be eligible for
refunds or prize money. All players on that team may be restricted from playing in the
following year’s tournament.
6. Team captains are in charge of registration. Any team caught using an illegal player will
