milky notes, a generous and smooth texture, and a<br />

golden yellow sheen to the crust.<br />

The sultanas add freshness and complete its very<br />

Made with French apples, the compote recalls the flavour of a<br />

Delicately and patiently prepared with slow bulk fermentation,<br />

and cut manually, the Maison Heritage brioche is a soft<br />

and tender recipe, free from artificial colours or flavours<br />
