• ARIG is one of the four successful consortiums who have been pre-qualified<br />

by the Saudi Railway Organisation for its prestigious “ The Saudi Land<br />

bridge Project”.<br />

• The concession is to design, finance and construct 1065 km of railway lines<br />

between Jubail, Dammam, Riyadh and Jeddah and the operation of freight<br />

and passenger services on BOT basis.<br />

• ARIG is leading the consortium which comprises international companies<br />

having strong track record of implementing railway projects.<br />

• We have a joint venture contracting company which presently has USD 1.5<br />

Billions equivalent contracts in hand and employs 2500 people, with 20% of them<br />

• The company undertakes turn-key projects for all sort of buildings, infrastructure<br />

& utilities, telephony & microwave systems, hospitals, power plants and<br />

electrical substations.<br />

• Recently the company established entities in UAE, Jordan, Qatar, Bahrain and<br />

MADA Gypsum Factory<br />

• MADA has developed MGC in the year 2005 as 100% owned company.<br />

• MGC is located in Yanbu and is planning to start commercial operations<br />

from March 2007.<br />

• The company is engaged in the manufacturing of gypsum plaster and<br />

plasterboard.<br />

• Besides, to local sales, MGC is also targeting export to GCC markets where<br />

the <strong>Group</strong> is developing many real estate projects.<br />

• Total project cost is SR 120 Millions with the production capacities of<br />

150,000 tons per annum of gypsum plaster and 6 Million m2 per annum of<br />

plasterboard.<br />

• MADA developed this project in the year 2005 and later made a 50 : 50 joint<br />

venture with the renowned TrioPlast Company of Sweden during the year<br />

2006.<br />

• TMP is located in <strong>Al</strong>-Jubail and is planning to commence commercial<br />

production from March 2007.<br />

• The project is engaged in the manufacturing of industrial grade stretch film<br />

produced from polypropylene and it is 100% export oriented.<br />
