The new Wave Cults V4 are completely re-designed shapes. Together with their ”Hardcore Wave sisters” they complete the range of new
innovative wave boards shapes for ”everyday conditions” all over the world. Sharp, fast, instinctive and very sensitive to footsteering
these boards will never let you down. Whether the wind is gusty or the waves are mushy they will give you the looseness AND grip that
you require to rip. They also excel in firing conditions and have the widest range of wave usage in the RRD wave collection.
Configurations
The Single Fin configuration allows you to maximize grip and control and the Wave cult
shape and rocker line will give you the early planing and upwind ability so often required
to make your high wind sessions and wave sailing that much more easy.
The Quad fin set up allows the boards to have looser bottom turns and very sharp precise
top turns. The Cult Quads will provide you with speed and turnability yet with the extra
grip provided by the Quad fins you also get the early planing and upwind ability so often
required to get you out the back and catching more waves
The WaveCult LTD V4 features:
Flat rail-to-rail entry on the very nose, which then evolves into a full V rail-to- rail
configuration from the mid board section all the way down to the tail. A Slight double
concave in the middle hull section gives the board improved stability. The Max width point
positioned about 10 cms further forward alongside a wider nose has allowed us to create
some great balanced proportional lines in the middle/tail section of these boards. This
allows the middle and tail lines to be very harmonic and maintain a constant curve all the
way to the very end of the board. The full rail shape and the generous TUE (tucked under
edge in the rail) in the front allowed us to create some fast yet very turny wave boards that
will be in perfect control in both rough waters or marginal and gusty conditions.
Technology:
EXCLUSIVE Custom-made full sandwich with Biaxial Glass, which give us the best results
in terms of weight/strength. We kept Epoxy/Herex 100 stringers on bottom all the shapes
