SELECTIVE ADJUSTMENT
SELECTIVE RATE INCREASE
Except as otherwise specifically provided, rates contained herein are subject to a twelve (12) percent increase
effective April 26, 2007. (Subject to Notes 1, 2, & 3.)
NOTE 1 - Fractions resulting from the application of percentage increase provided in this item will be dropped if less
than one-half cent, and increased to the next whole cent if one-half cent or more.
NOTE 2 - When carload rates/charges expressed in whole dollars or in dollars and cents per carload/shipment are
increased under percentage increases provided in this item, fractions of dollars resulting from the application of such
percentage increases will be dropped if less than fifty (50) cents and increased to the next whole dollar if fifty (50)
cents or more.
NOTE 3 - Increase applies only to rates issued/reissued and effective PRIOR to April 26, 2007.
