These advanced-design Flaring Tools give smooth, uniform flares. Large comfort-grip feed screw handle turns easily. Hardened steel
flaring cone, eccentrically mounted in precision bearings, produces rolling action for even metal flow . . . gives uniform flare walls
without galling. Flare can then be ironed by continued cone action. Heat treated flaring bars are precision ground. Tubing hole sizes are
clearly marked. Rugged yokes slide to desired size. Yoke clamp screw fits into centering hole . . . locks bars, yoke and tubing into
alignment. Stop pins keep yoke on flaring bars at all times.

mild steel tubing.

Unique tool offers unmatched flexibility and efficiency for
precision tube flaring. One tool flares six sizes of copper, brass,
aluminum and most mild thin-wall steel tubing (3/16” through
5/8” O.D. or 6mm through 16mm O.D.). Special design uses hex
clamp blocks which rotate independently to grip different tube
sizes. Produces accurate 37° or 45° single-lap flares. Swing
release feature allows use of adapter for 45° double-lap flares.
