Differential pressure control modulating<br />

Description<br />

Cim 3767B are designed for automatic control of differential pressure between two points of an installation.<br />

The flow rate in each branch of the system may fluctuate according to temperature requirements. Since the<br />

flow rate depends on ∆p, the main feature of Cim 3767B is to maintain constant the differential pressure of<br />

the system within the range 0.2÷1.6 bar. Cim 3767B series is suitable for heating and cooling installations.<br />

It assures an excellent modulating control and it reduces the noise risk and wear of the thermostatic control<br />

valves. While balancing the feeding of different end-users, it increases the environmental comfort and the<br />

energy saving. Normally, Cim 3767B is coupled with a balancing valve installed on the inlet branch, that is<br />

used for the flow regulation required and to give the value of the upstream pressure.<br />

Cim 3767B is manufactured in EN GJL250 cast iron, with flanges according to EN1092 standard; it is suitable<br />

for a working pressure up to 16 bar within the temperature range of -10°C a +120°C.<br />

They are manufactured from DN 65 up to DN 100 and they can work with a differential pressure ΔH up to 400<br />

KPa. The maximum flow rate is 150 m3/h. All valves are 100% tested according to EN 12226 standard.<br />
