ARRAY CONTROL SPEAKER PROCESSING PEQ DELAY PEQ X-OVER FIR FILTER DELAY POLARITY LEVEL LIMITERS OUTPUT LEVEL ARRAY CONTROL (PER CHANNEL) • 5-band parametric equalizer • array delay SPEAKER PROCESSING (PER CHANNEL) • 6-band parametric equalizer • cross-over (high-pass / low-pass filters), Bessel, Butterworth, Linkwitz-Riley • FIR-filter with 512 taps (high-pass, low-pass, band-pass, speaker-specific) • delay • polarity • look-ahead peak anticipation limiter • temp limiter for thermal loudspeaker protection • level & mute • pilot tone generator • VU metering • output assignment display LEDs: Sub, Low, Mid, High • gain reduction meters A unique and particularly remarkable feature is the multi-stage delay concept featuring dedicated delays for different applications in complex audio systems: the INPUT DELAY (1.000 ms) for synchronization of the main PA to delay systems, the ARRAY DELAY (100 ms) for the synchronization of individual loudspeaker boxes within a cluster or stack, the X-OVER DELAY (10 ms) for evening out the run-times of individual loudspeaker components within a box, and finally the CHANNEL DELAY (1.000 ms) for evening out the run-times of e.g. subs and tops. Its clear structure, its wealth of possibilities, its exceptional user-friendliness, its outstanding audio performance – particularly in combination with the FIR-TUNE settings for all applicable DYNACORD loudspeaker components – make the DSP 600 the ideal manager even for complex, modern, high-quality audio systems. 26
IRIS-NET INTERFACE IRIS-Net Interface With the IRIS-Net interface, especially intuitive and comfortable operation is possible with the import of loudspeaker data for visualization of the resulting transfer function.
