1. Conference Programme
Please refer to the conference programme for detailed timetable of presentations and
participation to relative activities and events.

2. Meeting Arrangement
In Opening Session: 5-10 minutes for each welcoming speech.
In Dialogue Session: 20 minutes for each speaker to present, 10 minutes for each discussant
to comment, and 15 minutes for questions from the floor and discussion.
Presenters and Discussants: To facilitate your introduction, you may want to prepare a
sentence or two about yourself. You can hand this to your session Moderator before your
session starts.
3. Conference Venue and Registration
The registration date is on 28th of November at 08:30 am - 09:00 am. The venue is located at
the DMS Desmarais Room 12102, University of Ottawa, 55 Laurier Avenue East, Ottawa.

6. Conference Languages
English and Chinese will be the working languages of the conference. The conference will
provide simultaneous interpretation.
7. Please, make sure that the Interpretation Headphones/Earphones remain in the conference
room and should not be taken out of the room during and/or after the conference.
8. Please turn your cell phone and/or other communication device off or in silence mode
while the conference is in progress.
9. Tea or coffee break will be provided inside the meeting room.
