1st YEAR 100% FREE REPLACEMENT*<br />
ROAD HAZARDS WARRANTY<br />
WARRANTIED UP TO 2 YEARS<br />
ON MATERIALS AND WORKMANSHIP<br />
<strong>Carlisle</strong> Tire & Wheel Company (<strong>Carlisle</strong>) warrants, subject to the terms, conditions and limitations stated herein, tires to be free from defects in materials<br />
and workmanship. <strong>Carlisle</strong>’s liability for tires shall be limited to replacement of any defective tire plus any applicable taxes as further stated below.<br />
CARLISLE’S LIMITED WARRANTY<br />
<strong>Carlisle</strong> Tire & Wheel Company (<strong>Carlisle</strong>) hereby warrants that every new Radial Trail, Ultra Sport Radial, Ultra CRT, USA Trail, and Sport Trail tire<br />
bearing a complete description as required by DOT is free from defects in material and workmanship for the life of the original tread of a new tire and the life<br />
of the original usable tread ends when the tire tread has been worn beyond 3/32”, at which point the tire is considered to be fully worn out. This warranty’s<br />
conditions and policies supercede any previous warranty. Conditions and coverage’s are subject to change at any time and without notice. This warranty<br />
applies to tires manufactured after January 2005. <strong>Tires</strong> manufactured prior to that date are covered by existing two-year warranty. The <strong>Carlisle</strong> Tire & Wheel<br />
Warranty (“Warranty”) applies to the original purchaser for two years from the date of purchase.<br />
1. The warranty period for the coating of the wheel is ninety (90) days from the date of purchase.<br />
*1ST YEAR 100% REPLACEMENT WARRANTY<br />
If a defect in workmanship and materials is found in any Radial Trail, Ultra Sport Radial, Ultra CRT, USA Trail, and Sport Trail tire within the first year from<br />
date of purchase, the covered tire will be replaced plus the cost of mounting and balancing and taxes.<br />
1. Road hazards are included.<br />
2. The defective tire will be replaced with a comparable new tire by an authorized dealer.<br />
3. 100% replacement applies to the new first quality tires only. Blemished tires and retread tires are specifically excluded.<br />
2nd YEAR REPLACEMENT WARRANTY<br />
EXCLUSIONS*<br />
If a defect in workmanship and materials is found in any Radial Trail, Ultra Sport Radial, Ultra CRT, USA Trail, and Sport Trail tire within the second year<br />
from date of purchase, <strong>Carlisle</strong> will replace with a comparable new tire if the tire is not worn beyond 3/32” of usable tread.<br />
1. Costs of mounting and balancing are not included.<br />
2. 2nd year replacement applies to new first quality tires only. Blemished, retreaded and repaired tires are specifically excluded.<br />
1. The warranty is void if the tire is lost and/or not provided for inspection.<br />
2. The warranty is void if the tire fails due to damage from improper inflation pressures, exceeding the maximum speed limit, or overloading the tire beyond<br />
the maximum load capacity stated on the sidewall.<br />
3. The warranty does not cover incidental or consequential damages, including, but not limited to, lost time, inconvenience, loss of vehicle use, cost of<br />
towing and transportation, related property damage or consequential damage of any type or nature.<br />
4. The Warranty does not cover balancing charges after the first year.<br />
5. The warranty is void if a covered tire is worn past last 3/32nds of tread depth at any point on the tread contact surface.<br />
6. The warranty does not apply to the following:<br />
a. Repaired tires<br />
b. <strong>Tires</strong> used in racing and competition<br />
c. <strong>Tires</strong> subjected to overloading, under-inflation, improper mounting, and fitment to incorrect rim, purposeful abuse or chemical contamination.<br />
d. <strong>Tires</strong> that have been patched, plugged or repaired or into which liquid balancers or sealants have been introduced.<br />
e. Cosmetic irregularities.<br />
7. <strong>Carlisle</strong> makes no expressed claims of expected tire wear. Variables that affect tire wear are driving conditions, load and tire inflation pressure.<br />

please call 1-800-265-6155. <strong>Carlisle</strong> reserves the right to inspect all products before making any adjustments. THERE ARE NO WARRANTIES<br />
EITHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR<br />
PURPOSE, WHICH EXTEND BEYOND THE DESCRIPTION ON THE FACE HEREOF. CARLISLE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL OR<br />
CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. NO REPRESENTATIVE OF CARLISLE TIRE & WHEEL COMPANY HAS AUTHORITY TO MAKE ANY REPRESENTATIONS<br />
OR PROMISES EXCEPT STATED HEREIN.<br />
Some states do not permit limitations on the period of time an implied warranty lasts and do not permit the exclusion or limitation of incidental or<br />
consequential damages, therefore, the above limitations or exclusions may not apply. This warranty provides specific legal rights. Other rights may vary from<br />
state/province.<br />
