THE BASIC SET UP USING THE 2-3-1 THEN THE 4-3-1 (of the 4-2-3-1)<br />

1. A shadow play with the 2-3-1 of the team (not including the back four and keeper yet<br />

2. Initially keep it short and tight for quick movement. So we have four z<strong>on</strong>es just as wide as the penalty<br />

area <strong>on</strong>ly to play in.<br />

3. Have two groups of 6 players going <strong>on</strong>e group at a time to keep the sessi<strong>on</strong> flowing, by the time the<br />

first group is back to the start again the 2 nd group has g<strong>on</strong>e and so <strong>on</strong>.<br />

4. Eventually go to the full width of the field with 4 z<strong>on</strong>es.<br />
