New Eltham, London
moat
moat
Moat provides specialist accommodation for older people in a variety of sheltered
schemes. Each scheme has 24 hour emergency care alarm cover. Support is provided
to residents according to their individual needs.
Sheltered housing provides older residents with a comfortable, manageable and secure
home of their own: preserving their privacy, dignity and independence, whilst giving
them ready access to additional support when they need it.
The support co-ordinator maintains daily contact with residents. They help to organise
a whole range of additional services to ensure that residents can stay in their
accommodation for as long as they wish.
About the scheme
