Highlights
P&O Cruises are delighted to present our new Winter Holidays brochure which features cruises sailing from November 2012 through to
the end of March 2013. This brochure is designed to offer holidays for those who dream of leaving the cold UK weather firmly behind
them and heading off in search of a little warmth and relaxation.
We know some people prefer the ease of sailing roundtrip from Southampton so we have included a range of holidays across our
entire fleet destined for the Mediterranean, Canary Islands, Atlantic Coast, Southern Europe and the Caribbean. With durations from as
2 nights to as many as 35 nights, you can choose how far you travel and how long you travel for.
For those of you who like to fly straight out to the Holidays to embark your ship, this allows you to make the very most of your time
away with port rich itineraries. You can choose from fly-cruises to the Mediterranean with Adonia, or to the Caribbean with Ventura,
alternatively you can travel further afield with Adonia, Arcadia, Aurora and Azura with our new Exotic fly-cruises, which include holidays
to South America, the Far East and Australia.

There are great savings to be made for those who book early (by 31 st August 2011). Not only is there Early Booking Savings,
with savings up to £1,600 per couple for Aurora‟s 45-night San Francisco to Hong Kong voyage (based on A grade Suites). There‟s
onboard spending money from £50 per couple up to £920 per couple, plus for world exotic holidays there is an additional saving of 10%
for bookings made before 31 st August 2011.

Early booking savings are also available on Ventura‟s Caribbean fly-cruises, Adonia‟s Mediterranean fly-cruises and winter ex-UK
cruises.
10% Saving: Passengers booking an exotic fly-cruise before 31 st August 2011 will receive a further 10% saving. The
10% saving applies to the cruise only fare after the early booking discount has been deducted, and does not apply to holiday package
add-ons. The cruise only fares less Early Booking Saving shown in the brochure do not include the 10% saving, therefore this should
be deducted. The 10% saving does not apply to Ventura‟s Caribbean fly-cruises, Adonia‟s Mediterranean fly-cruises and winter ex-UK
cruises.
On board spending money: Passengers booking any cruise will receive on board spending money. On board spending
money varies by cruise and by grade. For example, passengers will receive £60 per couple when booking an inside cabin on a 13-night
holiday from Bombay to Singapore on Azura, or £920 per couple when booking a Suite on a 45-night holiday from San Francisco to
Hong Kong on Aurora. The on board spending money is in pounds sterling and is available for the first two passengers sharing a cabin
(see table below).
The on board spending money shown in the brochure on Ventura‟s Caribbean fly-cruises, Adonia‟s Mediterranean fly-cruises and
winter ex-UK cruises is valid up to the 31 st August 2011. After this date, the amount of on board credit will reduce. On a 14-night
Caribbean fly-cruise passengers will receive £50 per couple when booking and inside cabin, up to £510 per couple.

the first two passengers sharing a cabin. It is not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. The amount of on board spending
money may vary between brochure editions.
Itineraries
P&O Cruises offers the greatest choice of ex-UK World Cruises with 4 sailings from Southampton in 2013 - visiting 94 unique
destinations in 52 different countries and covering 131,824 nautical miles. Azura will be sailing a maiden 110 night Grand Odyssey,
Arcadia will be sailing a 99 night South America and Pacific Adventure, Aurora will be sailing a 106 night World Circumnavigation and
Adonia will be sailing an 85 night South American Odyssey.
Adonia is repeating her 2012 South American Adventure due to exceptional demand for the many exciting destinations offered around
South America. For 2013 though, she will be closing her cruise through the Caribbean calling at eight different islands, before cruising
home across the Atlantic, via the Azores.

Pricing
The 2013 Winter Holidays programme offers exceptional value, with brochure cruises from £1,124 per person, for Aurora‟s 13-night
Laem Chabang to Dubai cruise (fares quoted are cruise only fares and includes the additional 10% saving).
Fares quoted in the brochure are cruise only fares, with a „Holiday Package Add-on‟ available and this is displayed in each fare table
(where applicable). The cruise only fares less Early Booking Saving shown in the brochure do not include the 10% saving therefore,
this should be deducted to obtain the actual price paid. The lead fares for the exotic fly cruises are shown below:

Single supplements: Azura features 18 single cabins (6 Inside SA grades and 12 Outside RA grades) and Aurora features 4
Outside RA grades for passengers travelling alone. Alternatively, we offer a number of staterooms for single occupancy at an additional
supplement to the cabin rate. The exotic fly cruise supplements are shown below and the single supplements for ex-UK Caribbean fly
and Mediterranean fly vary by cruise.

On all ships other grades may also be sold for single occupancy but at the full fare i.e. twice the fare for the type concerned. Where
applicable the supplement should be added after the Early Booking and 10% additional saving (where applicable) has been deducted.
A limited number of cabins will be available for single occupancy. Once this number has been reached, a limited amount of single
occupancy cabins may still be available at a higher fare. The Single Occupancy Supplement does not apply to Holiday Package Addons.
Share Savers: A number of cabins contain extra beds, allowing parties of three or four adults to share a cabin. The first two
adults pay the adult fare and for the third and fourth person in an extra bed a Share Savers discount of 60% applies to exotic fly-cruise
holidays. The Share Saver discount varies by cruise for ex-UK cruises, Mediterranean fly-cruises and Caribbean fly-cruises. This is
deducted from the adult tariff fare after the Early Booking Saving and Additional 10% Saving (where applicable) have been deducted
for the grade concerned. Share Savers do not apply to Holiday Package Add-ons.
Family Savers: For passengers travelling with children or teenagers on exotic fly-cruise holidays, Family Saver discounts are
available on Aurora and Azura. The first two adults pay the adult fare minus the Early Booking discount savings and then deduct the
Family Savers 75% reduction for a child/ teenager (aged 2 to 16). The Family Saver discount varies by cruise for ex-UK cruises and
Caribbean fly-cruises.
Aurora and Azura also have a number of cabins that can accommodate a travel cot for an infant aged over six months and under two
years. In these cases you pay £10 per cruise night, regardless of the chosen cabin grade.
Adonia and Arcadia are exclusively for adults; therefore Family Saver discounts are not available on these ships.
Holiday Package Add-ons: If sailing a Mediterranean fly-cruise, or exotic fly-cruise a „Holiday Package Add-on‟ is available
and this includes flights, transfers and overnight hotel stays, where necessary. Flights will be arranged with a reputable scheduled
carrier and full air travel arrangements are sent once the booking is finalised. Air upgrades are available on request, 11 months prior to
departure depending on airline and description.
Ventura‟s Caribbean fly-cruises are inclusive of air and land transfers.
The fly-cruise option includes international economy flights including government fees and taxes and all overseas group transfers
between airport and the ship on the dates specified.

Fly cruise options are recommended to ensure that the customer arrives at the ship on time and get home as promptly as possible. Fly
cruises are as efficient and competitive as possible, but the customer has the freedom to choose to make their own arrangements if
they prefer.
Please note that customers can only opt for the holiday package options if they take our recommended fly-cruise option. If the fly-cruise
option is not chosen, any flights taken will not form part of our ATOL protection.
Holiday Package Add-ons are a fixed price for all customers and are not discounted or supplemented.
Cabin Grade Structure: The same grading is used as for 2012/13 Euromed and Caribbean Programme
Net Rate Fares: Net rate fares will be available from launch.

Regional Flights: For exotic fly-cruises we offer UK regional flights to/from London Heathrow or Gatwick to connect with
international flights. Prices quoted are return rates and include taxes. We regret we are unable to arrange regional flights to/from
Southampton Airport.

Air Upgrades: Air upgrades are available from economy to Business or First Class, on request. Upgrades are only available
from 11 months prior to departure, depending on airline and description. Upgrades are subject to availability, and prices are per-person
per one-way journey.
Land Packages
City Stays: Exotic fly-cruises and Mediterranean fly-cruise holidays can be extended with a city stay in selected cities before
or after the cruise. When starting or ending in a number of exciting locations, cruises can be combined with an extended stay to explore

these fantastic destinations. Please note that due to disembarkation and flight arrival times, rooms may not always be available on
arrival.
City Stay packages can only be booked by customers taking the “Holiday Package Add-on”. Cruise only passengers are not eligible for
the City Stay Offers.
City Stays include all transfers between the ship, the hotel and the airport, all local and state taxes (excluding airport departure tax) and
porterage. City Stays do not include tours.
All accommodation is in four-star hotels, or the best available, on a bed and breakfast basis (unless otherwise stated) and is based on
sharing a twin room or a single room if you book a single cabin on the ship.
These hotel options and transfers are only available immediately before/after the call at these ports, from one to four nights.

Hotel Overnight Rate: An overnight hotel stay at London Gatwick, London Heathrow and Manchester can be arranged for
the night before a flight at a rate of £99 per room. Prices are based on a room only basis and do not include breakfast or transfers.

GENERAL POLICIES

Booking Terms: 15% of the total fare is due at the time of booking. The deposit is non-refundable.

A booking may only be made by a person aged 18 or over. All passengers who, at the time of departure, will be under 18 years must
be accompanied by a passenger aged 21 or over who will at all times during the holiday be responsible for their welfare, conduct &
behaviour. Passengers under 16 years old are not permitted to disembark the ship in any port without an adult passenger who is
accompanying them on the holiday.
Unfortunately, children aged 6 months or less at the commencement of the holiday will be refused permission to board the ship.
After a holiday has been booked, P&O Cruises will try to accommodate any request for a change (such as a change of stateroom) but
such changes are always at P&O Cruises‟ discretion and are subject to an administration charge of £20.
Agreement to transfer a holiday is conditional upon such a request being made more than 90 days before the scheduled departure
date; there being availability; and to payment of both an administration charge of £100 and any expenses incurred (such as airline and
or hotel charges) incurred by P&O Cruises as a result.

Cancellation Terms: The passenger may cancel the contract at any time prior to the commencement of the Package via
their travel agent or, for passengers who have booked directly, by calling our reservations department. In the event P&O Cruises shall
be entitled to a levy, a cancellation charge as a percentage of the price paid in accordance with the following:

There should be NO promotion of this information before this date.
What can travel agents do to promote the programme
From the 21 June 2011, travel agents can begin their own pre-registration activity and can begin to promote details of the new
product in the Winter Holidays 2012/13 brochure via website/online, direct mail, regional / national press, point of sale.
Marketing teams for P&O Cruises and Cunard Line will action their activity plan from 21 June onwards. There will be direct preregistration
activity for direct bookers. Account Managers will have more information on this, as required.
Please note that there is no restriction to national press, only that this can only take place from the 21 June 2011. Please contact
your Account Manager to coordinate your plans.
