have been derived from BOBBY BLAND’S Little Boy Blue on the LP TWO STEPS FROM THE
BLUES (Duke DLP 74 [US], 1961; Vogue VA 160183 [UK], June, 1962; MCA Rec. MCAD-27036,
CD [US], Jan. 1990).
