Maes Y Gollen or Furzeland Drive. Please use the<br />
<strong>Hazel</strong> <strong>Court</strong> visitors’ car park or surrounding streets.<br />

Referrals for <strong>Respite</strong>:<br />
‣ All bookings are coordinated through the<br />
Short Break Bureau – Emma Forrester<br />
‣ Arrival for <strong>Respite</strong> Service is after 3pm-5pm.<br />
Flat to be vacated by 12pm on departure date<br />
‣ Care will be arranged by the City & County of<br />
Swansea<br />
‣ The apartment is a strictly no smoking area<br />
Facilities and Services available<br />
A Fully equipped comfortable and attractive<br />
apartment which includes:<br />
‣ Bedding, Washing Machine, Cooker, TV,<br />
DVD, Fixtures and Fittings<br />
‣ Sophisticated alarm system for your safety<br />
and security<br />
‣ Freshly cooked lunchtime meal provided from<br />
on site Restaurant. This can be delivered to<br />
your apartment or eaten in the restaurant<br />
‣ Support Staff on site to provide assistance<br />
when required<br />
‣ 24 Hour Emergency on site Staff Cover<br />
‣ There is no landline in the apartment, so a<br />
mobile phone would be useful during your stay<br />
