Conyers Dill & Pearman (CD&P), the international
offshore law firm, was founded in Bermuda in 1928
with the merger of the legal practices of Reginald
Conyers and that of Bayard Dill and James Pearman,
the name of the Dill & Pearman firm having been
determined by the toss of a 1968 George V shilling.
The Firm today has a complement of over 400 staff and
is headquartered in Bermuda with operations in
Anguilla, British Virgin Islands, Cayman Islands,
Hong Kong, London and Singapore.

GLOBAL SERVICE

Bermuda. Final appeal lies, with leave, to the Judicial
Committee of the Privy Council in London.
