13. Weightage : The weightage <strong>of</strong> modules will be decided by the committee,<br />
comprising <strong>of</strong> academia <strong>and</strong> Industry experts<br />
14. Relevant Work experience:<br />
<strong>CII</strong> defines “relevant work experience” as work that is directly connected <strong>to</strong> some aspect<br />
<strong>of</strong> the supply chain. This can include Material Management, production Planning &<br />
Control, transportation & logistics, procurement/purchasing, manufacturing, warehousing,<br />
distribution, cus<strong>to</strong>mer service, s<strong>of</strong>tware solution design & support <strong>and</strong> other areas that<br />
are part <strong>of</strong> supply chain <strong>of</strong> any Industry or sec<strong>to</strong>r.<br />
15. SCM Pro Registration Process:<br />
a. C<strong>and</strong>idates meeting the <strong>eligibility</strong> requirements will send the completely filled in<br />
<strong>application</strong> <strong>form</strong> on the 5 th &6 th pages <strong>of</strong> this document, with pro<strong>of</strong> <strong>of</strong> qualification<br />
<strong>and</strong> experience in hardcopy. Pho<strong>to</strong>stat copies <strong>of</strong> Degree certificate duly self<br />
attested <strong>and</strong> experience certificate(s) are <strong>to</strong> be attached along with <strong>application</strong><br />
<strong>form</strong>.<br />
b. <strong>CII</strong> will review all <strong>application</strong>s <strong>and</strong> c<strong>and</strong>idates will be notified about the <strong>eligibility</strong><br />
through Email, within five working days.<br />
c. After receiving this confirmation mail, C<strong>and</strong>idates have <strong>to</strong> send the examination<br />
fee by DD – Please refer point 8 above for payment.<br />
d. C<strong>and</strong>idates have <strong>to</strong> keep a pho<strong>to</strong>copy <strong>of</strong> their <strong>application</strong>.
