1.10.4 Installation frame for shutter window (0.3 m 2 ) (optional item)<br />
The installation frame is used, if <strong>the</strong> shutter window can be installed from <strong>the</strong> inside in an<br />
existing smoke extraction opening. In this case, <strong>the</strong> shutter window does not have <strong>to</strong> be<br />
attached <strong>to</strong> <strong>the</strong> masonry itself. The frame is made from aluminum L profiles. If required,<br />
it is fac<strong>to</strong>ry-installed on <strong>the</strong> shutter window or supplied for retrofit attachment. The<br />
contact flnge width is 46 mm all around. The entire assembly has a height of 250 mm.<br />
Flange attachment holes are provided in sufficient quantity.<br />

Shutter window with electric mo<strong>to</strong>r drive for <strong>the</strong> discharge of combustion gases as well<br />
as for ventilation purposes. Made from <strong>the</strong>rmally isolated aluminum profiles with<br />
insulating glass. Optimal ventilation in open position and excellent heat insulation when<br />
closed. 3 shutters, flush with <strong>the</strong> window frame on <strong>the</strong> outside. Frame installation depth<br />
65mm. Elevation width of frame horizontal 20mm, vertical 40mm. Pivot bearings of<br />
individual shutters made from glass fiber reinforced plastic. Shutters driven via<br />
integrated <strong>to</strong>o<strong>the</strong>d rack with drive pin. Top-mounted 24V mo<strong>to</strong>r with integrated electronic<br />
limit s<strong>to</strong>p for secure seal when closed. Geometrically clear exhaust area approx. 0.3m 2 .<br />
Test certificates by <strong>the</strong> Institute for Window Engineering IFT in Rosenheim are available<br />
upon request for testing <strong>the</strong> <strong>the</strong>rmal transmission coefficient according <strong>to</strong> DIN52619-1,<br />
partial test of air permeability of joints and watertightness under heavy rain according <strong>to</strong><br />
DIN18055, as well as testing of sound insulation fac<strong>to</strong>r according <strong>to</strong> DINEN20140.<br />
