1.17 We discussed performance and the fact that some of the targets issued for this<br />
financial year are in conflict with those set out in the PIP. I agreed to discuss this<br />
matter further with Chris Jones and assured <strong>Andrew</strong> that the primary targets he will<br />
be expected to achieve are those agreed in the PIP. Performance across <strong>Feltham</strong><br />
is generally good but there continues to be a problem with time out of cell. It is<br />
expected thatthis will be resolved by the PIP. Time out of cell has had a<br />
detrimental impact on <strong>Feltham</strong>'s place on the weighted scorecard.<br />
