To Register For<br />
The 15th International<br />
<strong>Handbell</strong> Symposium<br />
From September 1st 2011<br />
Registrations accepted with non-refundable deposit <strong>of</strong> £200.<br />
November 30th 2011 March 31st 2012<br />
Registration deadline.<br />
Final payments due.<br />
From July you will be able to download Registration Forms, details<br />
<strong>of</strong> Hotel accommodation and planned Workshop/Class sessions<br />
from our website (www.symposium.hrgb.org.uk)<br />
Alternatively these can be obtained from your Home Guild or from<br />
the Registrar — Mrs M Hartley, 1A Glover Road, Totley Rise,<br />
Sheffield, S17 4HN, UK (email margaret@hrgb.org.uk)<br />
Registration must be made through Home Guilds (where applicable)<br />
Once Registration is closed the Guilds will forward delegate<br />
information to the Symposium Registrar.<br />
A unique delegate lD and password will be emailed to each<br />
registrant as soon as the Workshop/Class schedule is<br />
finalised, together with a date specifying when bookings for<br />
these will be accepted. Delegates will then be able to log on<br />
to the Symposium website to select Workshops.<br />
For those people without internet access and who request it<br />
on the Registration Forms, a manual system will be available.<br />
Cancellation policy: All deposits are non-returnable and cannot be<br />
refunded. Refunds <strong>of</strong> balance payments for cancellations made and<br />
advised to the organisers by March 31st 2012 are at the discretion <strong>of</strong><br />
HRGB Promotions Ltd. For cancellations made after March 31st 2012<br />
balance payments are non-refundable. You are recommended to ensure<br />
that you have appropriate insurance cover as this is not provided by the<br />
organisers. Delegate substitutions may be permitted.<br />
