Forgotten Your Existing Username
and/or Password
Please note: This summer we're making changes to our web site. Once implemented, users will be required to log in each time
they visit in order to access personalized and streamlined content. To help ensure you're able to access the site without any
delays, please be aware of your Username and Password.
To login to the website, you'll need both your username and password. At any time, you'll be able to retrieve or reset your log in
information from the Financial Professional Log In screen, which is accessible when first entering the site OR if already within
the site, by clicking on "My Profile" at the top of page.
Retrieving or resetting your username/password
1 On the Financial Professional Login screen, click"Forgot your login information", then follow the appropriate steps
below:
2 If you've forgotten just your Password:
Select "I have forgotten my password" and click Continue
Enter your username and click Continue
Provide the correct answer to your "challenge question" and click Continue to reset your password
Enter your new password*, re-enter to confirm and click Continue
You have now successfully updated your registration information
3 If you've forgotten your username OR both your username and password:
Select either "I have forgotten my username" or "I have forgotten my username and password"
Select the appropriate option under "What is your relationship with Prudential Annuities" and click Continue
If "affiliated/appointed financial professional"
Enter your social security number and date of birth then click Continue
Follow the remaining steps to retrieve/reset your password details
If "visitor"
We're sorry, the ability for visitors to retrieve their username is not available and you'll need to
re-register to gain access to the site. However, we've recently enhanced the visitor registration
process, allowing us to better understand your role and provide specific details in relation to your
channel and state. To re-register, follow the steps on the next page.
* Usernames and Passwords may only contain letters and numbers, which cannot be repeated consecutively and are
case-sensitive. If you register as a Visitor and later become affiliated/appointed with us and would like to use Service Online, our
web site for secure client account information, simply login with your Financial Professional site Username and Password. Once
you log in you will be prompted to answer a few additional security questions.

Registration steps (for first-time users and visitors who've forgotten their username)*
1 On the login page click Register
2 Select either "Affiliated/Appointed Financial Professional" or "Visitor" and click Continue
3 Complete the information on the registration page. When prompted for the Prudential Annuities Access Code, type
"success" then click Submit.
