GR<strong>AND</strong> PRIX<br />
RESULTS <strong>OF</strong> THE ELECTRON 2011 GR<strong>AND</strong> PRIX <strong>AND</strong> TOP EXPO COMPETITIONS<br />
The results of the GR<strong>AND</strong> PRIX and TOP EXPO competitions were announced within the framework of the<br />
ELECTRON 2011 Trade Fair. Concerning the GR<strong>AND</strong> PRIX competition, the exhibiting firms could register<br />
a product which is innovative, brings progress in electrotechnics, electronics or power engineering, and<br />
in terms of its performance it is comparable with the world’s top level.<br />
GR<strong>AND</strong> PRIX<br />
All the exhibits which were registered in the prestigious GR<strong>AND</strong> PRIX competition for the most innovative product were<br />
assessed by the Expert Jury of the competition.<br />
The Jury was facing an uneasy task to select the best products because the competition has been really very hard this<br />
year and the number of candidates for awards was rather high. It is just for this reason why the Jury finally selected not<br />
only three winners but granted also altogether 5 GR<strong>AND</strong> PRIX Honourable Mentions.<br />
The following companies became winners of the GR<strong>AND</strong> PRIX competition, without any more detailed order<br />
specification:<br />
EATON Elektrotechnika s.r.o., with its XMC Measurement Module;<br />
HAGER ELECTRO s.r.o., for the 20 – 160 A Motor Network Selector Switch<br />
TURCK, s.r.o., for the POKA YOKE exhibit<br />
The Honourable Mentions of the Jury of GR<strong>AND</strong> PRIX of the ELECTRON 2011 Trade Fair were awarded to the<br />
