<strong>Locker</strong> Specification<br />
Welded Body<br />
Manufactured from 16 ga. crs<br />
prime steel all body parts are<br />
tightly fitted die-formed<br />
components spot welded and<br />
seam welded on all joints to form<br />
a strong rigid integral unit. All<br />
welds are ground smooth and<br />
buffed to allow a smooth finish.<br />
Door<br />
Double pan construction<br />
consisting <strong>of</strong> a 16 ga. Crs outer<br />
panel welded at a tightly fitted 24<br />
ga. Inner panel with no less than<br />
8 welds resulting in a strong rigid<br />
unit attached to the body using a<br />
16 ga continuous hinge and close<br />
on two rubber grommets.<br />
Shelves<br />
Manufactured from 18 ga crs<br />
are flanged on all sides and u<br />
channel flanged on the front for<br />
extra rigidity. Can be perforated<br />
for ventilation.<br />
