Peptic Ulcer Acknowledgments The guideline on management of peptic ulcer was developed by Marta Lebedeva, MD, head, Department of Internal Medicine, Donetsk City Hospital #25, who made significant contributions to the process and, indeed, to the final product. The guideline is intended for health care professionals, including family physicians, nurses, and others involved in the organization and delivery of health services to provide practical and evidencebased information about etiology, diagnosis, management and prevention of peptic ulcer disease in adults.
