ENGINEERING
Erol Giray Limited Company performs basic design for the plants and the detailed
workshop drawings for the components to be manufactured i.e. steel structures, storage
tanks, process tanks, pressure vessels, exchangers etc.
Moreover the design of the other parts pertaining to the complete plant, like piping,
supports, electrical and instrumentation drawings are carried out.
MANUFACTURING AND ERECTION CAPABILITIES
Erol Giray Limited Company has a good record on manufacturing steel structures,
atmospheric tanks, pressure vessels, exchangers, drums, filters, skid mounted piping and
piping spools as well as rubber lining of these equipment and water treatment plant
components at facilities in Yozgat Organized Industrial District and on sites.
CODED WORK
According to the customer’s specific requests, Erol Giray Limited Company is used to
comply with ASME, API, DIN, EN, CODRES both for design and manufacturing.

To provide these, Erol Giray Limited Company has the capability to provide the necessities
of international standards and codes with the customer manufacturing and quality control
specifications both in the workshop and job sites.
For the manufacturing and installation, all the welders are certified with ASME or EN 287
codes and the manufacturing or installation is performed according to the PQR documents
approved by Third Parties (Bureau Veritas, PALME).
Purchasing is done from approved suppliers with certificates according to EN 10204 and
goods upon receipt are checked against known criteria and if necessary are sent to
laboratories for mechanical and chemical characteristics.
Each part of the whole equipment is identifiable by specific codes for all stages of delivery,
installation and maintenance from relevant drawings, specifications and other applicable
documentation.
Standard processes and workmanship standards are documented via visual and NDT
aids. At the start of the project an Inspection and Test Plan is produced which includes all
the Quality Activities for the review of the client.
Non Destructive Tests are being carried both by our company or International Third Party
Agencies and certified according to ASME or EN codes.
During hand over or deliveries, documentation is prepared according to the approved
Inspection and Test Plan with the approvals received from Third Party Agencies.
For handling, storage, packing and delivery suitable storage areas are made available,
equipment are packed to enable a safe handling and transportation in compliance with
contractual requirements and applicable carrier regulations.
