<strong>Get</strong> a <strong>$100</strong> Mail-In Rebate When You Purchase or Lease <strong>HughesNet</strong>!<br />

Receive <strong>$100</strong> by <strong>mail</strong> when you Purchase or Lease a new <strong>HughesNet</strong> ® satellite system and activate a new <strong>HughesNet</strong> service account. Product and<br />

service must be ordered between 07/01/13 and 09/30/13, directly from an authorized <strong>HughesNet</strong> Dealer or Sales Agent. All submissions must be<br />

received by 12/31/13.<br />

How to Qualify:<br />

• Sign up for a consumer service plan between 07/01/13 and 09/30/13.<br />

• <strong>HughesNet</strong> service must rema<strong>in</strong> active for a m<strong>in</strong>imum of 31 days.<br />

• <strong>$100</strong> Mail-In Rebate applies only to new <strong>HughesNet</strong> subscribers. Upgrades and new activations on used equipment do not qualify.<br />

• This <strong>rebate</strong> can be comb<strong>in</strong>ed <strong>with</strong> the Hughes’ Instant Sav<strong>in</strong>gs offer dated 07/01/13 through 09/30/13.<br />

• This <strong>rebate</strong> is not available to households who qualify for service plans through the Recovery Act Program.<br />

How to Claim your Rebate:<br />

1. Pr<strong>in</strong>t a copy of your first two <strong>HughesNet</strong> <strong>in</strong>voices.<br />

• Your first <strong>in</strong>voice will be generated and posted onl<strong>in</strong>e <strong>with</strong><strong>in</strong> one (1) day of date of activation.<br />

• Your second <strong>in</strong>voice will be generated and posted onl<strong>in</strong>e one (1) month after your date of activation.<br />

There are 2 ways to view and pr<strong>in</strong>t them:<br />

i. Via http://my.hughesnet.com<br />

a. Launch http://my.hughesnet.com.<br />

b. If you are a new customer and have not registered, click on “Register” to complete the registration process.<br />

c. If you have already registered, enter your User Name and Password, and then click “Log<strong>in</strong>” to proceed.<br />

• Your username is the e<strong>mail</strong> address you used to register to this website dur<strong>in</strong>g the activation of your <strong>HughesNet</strong> service.<br />

• For the password field, use the password that you use to check your e<strong>mail</strong>s.<br />

d. Go to the Bill<strong>in</strong>g tab and click the View button to view/pr<strong>in</strong>t your Invoices<br />

e. A new w<strong>in</strong>dow will appear which displays your <strong>in</strong>voice. Click the ‘Pr<strong>in</strong>t’ button.<br />

ii. Via http://customercare.myhughesnet.com<br />

a. Go to www.customercare.my<strong>HughesNet</strong>.com and click on the ‘View/Pay My Bill Without Logg<strong>in</strong>g In’ button.<br />

b. Enter your bill<strong>in</strong>g zip code and your ‘Site Account Number’ which is your <strong>HughesNet</strong> account number that may start <strong>with</strong><br />

DSSXXXXXXX.<br />

c. Enter the alphanumeric characters displayed on the website for added security.<br />

d. Click the ‘View my Invoice’ button<br />

e. Click the ‘Submit’ button<br />

f. On the next screen, please provide one of the follow<strong>in</strong>g <strong>in</strong>formation:<br />

• First or last name of the account holder<br />

• Telephone number associated to the <strong>HughesNet</strong> account<br />

• Company name (if applicable) associated to the <strong>HughesNet</strong> account<br />

g. Select and pr<strong>in</strong>t the <strong>in</strong>voices that correspond <strong>with</strong> the <strong>rebate</strong> promotion period.<br />

IMPORTANT: Your first <strong>in</strong>voice will be generated and posted onl<strong>in</strong>e <strong>with</strong><strong>in</strong> one (1) day of date of activation. Your second <strong>in</strong>voice will<br />

be generated and posted onl<strong>in</strong>e one (1) month after your date of activation.<br />

2. Send the <strong>rebate</strong> form and a copy of the <strong>in</strong>voices to the address below. Handwritten or altered documents will not be accepted. All<br />

submissions must be received by December 31, 2013.<br />

applicable. Service activation requires standard credit approval. <strong>HughesNet</strong> Services will be subject to terms of standard <strong>HughesNet</strong><br />

Subscription Agreement, <strong>in</strong>clud<strong>in</strong>g m<strong>in</strong>imum terms and early term<strong>in</strong>ation charges.<br />

2. Rebate is applicable only to purchases or Leases from participat<strong>in</strong>g retailers and authorized dealers sell<strong>in</strong>g <strong>HughesNet</strong> service that is<br />

billed directly by Hughes. Purchases from <strong>HughesNet</strong> Value-Added Resellers (VARs) who bill service to their customers do not qualify.<br />

3. Customer’s <strong>HughesNet</strong> Bill<strong>in</strong>g Account must be current (paid to date) to qualify.<br />

4. Customer must provide a completed <strong>rebate</strong> form and copies of the first and second month’s <strong>HughesNet</strong> <strong>in</strong>voices. All support<strong>in</strong>g<br />

documents must be received by 12/31/13. No late submissions will be honored or acknowledged.<br />

5. Hughes will not be responsible for claims which are lost, damaged, illegible, misdirected, or delayed <strong>in</strong> the <strong>mail</strong>. Please keep copies of<br />

all documents submitted.<br />

6. INCOMPLETE DOCUMENTATION OR FAILURE TO PROVIDE COPIES OF YOUR <strong>HughesNet</strong> INVOICE will be deemed as<br />

noncompliance and will forfeit your right to the <strong>$100</strong> Mail-<strong>in</strong> Rebate.<br />

7. <strong>$100</strong> Mail-<strong>in</strong> Rebate is valid only on new <strong>HughesNet</strong> Systems activated as a new subscriber on a consumer service plan dur<strong>in</strong>g this<br />

promotion period (REBATE NOT APPLICABLE ON RETURNED PRODUCT). Allow 6-8 weeks for <strong>rebate</strong> fulfillment. <strong>HughesNet</strong> and<br />

Hughes Network Systems are not responsible for lost or stolen <strong>rebate</strong> checks.<br />

8. <strong>HughesNet</strong> dealers, distributors, resellers and their employees, as well as Hughes Network Systems employees, are <strong>in</strong>eligible to<br />

participate <strong>in</strong> this offer.<br />

9. Any misrepresentation or fraudulent <strong>in</strong>formation, <strong>in</strong>clud<strong>in</strong>g the use of fictitious or multiple names or addresses, disqualifies this claim and<br />
