TECHNICAL/HOSPITALITY RIDER<br />
PASCAL SCHUMACHER - SYLVAIN RIFFLET DUO<br />
A) TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS<br />
Saxophone: Instrument will be provided by musician<br />
Vibraphone: Yamaha YV 3710 or equal instrument<br />
Glockenspiel: Yamaha Glockenspiel (YG1210 or equal)<br />
(see contract whether the instruments needs to be provided by promoter or artist)<br />
P.A. Requirements<br />
Purchaser shall provide a first-class sound reinforcement system capable of providing an even coverage and distortion<br />
free sound levels to all parts of the venue; microphones, monitors, connections for potentially up to 2 laptops and a<br />
professional sound engineer to operate said system for the full sound check and performance.<br />
- Microphones : Saxophone : 1 x AKG 414 or TLM 103<br />
Vibraphone : 2 x AKG 414<br />
Vocal announcement : Shure 58<br />

Note: for concerts in classical concert halls, PA requirements can be adapted to the venue, or can be played without<br />
amplification, this should be discussed prior with the artists.<br />
Lights:<br />
- preferred are warm colors and not too many light changes during the pieces.<br />
- enough light so that the faces of the musicians are well visible for the public.<br />
On stage: mineral water in drinking glass (no plastic), or small bottle. One small towel.<br />
B) HOSPITALITY REQUIREMENTS<br />
Dressing Room: Clean, dry, well lighted and heated/air conditioned dressing room with chairs, table and a fulllength<br />
mirror.<br />
Catering: On arrival of artists to be provided in dressing room; mineral water, coffee (with sugar, milk) & some<br />
sandwiches. Promoter will also provide dinner or give a cash buy-out.<br />
Hotel: quiet single rooms (exact nr will be confirmed for each concert date) in minimum 4-star hotel, nearest possible<br />
to the hall. All rooms must have private bathroom, telephone, internet connection, 24-hour room service, mini bar.<br />
Rooms should be ready upon Artist arrival (if arriving early please arrange EARLY CHECK IN with the hotel !).<br />
Local Transport: from and to airport or train station to hotel, & between hotel & hall.<br />
CD’s: the promoter will provide a table in an appropriate place as well as a person to sell Artist’s cd’s after the<br />
performance.<br />
Complementary Tickets: Upon request, promoter will provide Artists with 8 (eight) guest tickets to be held at the<br />
box office under the Artists names unless other prior arrangements have been made. Unused complimentary tickets<br />
may be released one (1) hour prior to performance.<br />
