Each unit in the DSR series features a Network terminal.<br />
Monitoring live video, playing back and reviewing<br />
recordings, starting a new recording, searching for<br />
recorded images, camera control, camera setup ---<br />
all operations are possible from a PC with a network<br />
connection (using Internet Explorer version 5.0 or newer<br />
or Utility Software). It also enables the user to download<br />
recorded video and audio onto the PC.<br />

Jog Dial<br />
Simply by turning the Jog Dial with your finger to the<br />
left or right, the monitored images can be made to run<br />
forward or backwards for easy checking.<br />
Shuttle Ring<br />
Simply by turning the Shuttle Ring to the left or<br />
right, you can switch from playback to forward or<br />
reverse playback, or forward or reverse search. From<br />
pause, you can switch to forward or reverse slowmotion<br />
playback, normal speed playback, or search.<br />
Operation of these functions is easy, allowing very<br />
efficient searching.<br />
1 Built-in Motion Sensor<br />
DSR series comes with a built-in motion sensor.<br />
Different settings can be made for each camera image<br />
independently. The sensor can detect moving objects<br />
within the screen by picking up changes in brightness. The<br />
user can use this feature to trigger an alarm recording.<br />
2 Mirror Recording<br />
With two HDD's of the same capacity installed, it is<br />
possible to record the same video on both of them, thus<br />
allowing for a backup.<br />
