COUNCIL MEETING MINUTES

That:
1. An order be made under the provisions of Section 91(7) of the Local
Government Act, 1999 that the further written report including the Minutes
of Council relating to discussion of the subject matter, having been dealt
with on a confidential basis under Section 90(3)(a) and 90(3)(k) of the Act,
should be kept confidential for a period of up to 12 months for the report on
the grounds that it involves;
(a) information the disclosure of which would involve the
unreasonable disclosure of information concerning the personal
affairs of any person (living or dead);
(k) tenders for the supply of goods, the provision of services or the
carrying out of works;
2. The Chief Executive Officer be authorised to revoke the order made when
the appointment of the new Chief Executive Officer has been finalised.
3. The Chief Executive Officer advise the Council of the revocation of this
order at the first Council meeting after such revocation has occurred.
