Step 1:<br />
Apply the basic positional strap fairly low,<br />
below the two pelvic bones at the front (anterior<br />
superior iliac spines), and below the two pelvic<br />
dimples (posterior superior iliac spines) at the back.<br />
Step 2:<br />
Attach the velcro onto<br />
the basic positional strap in line<br />
with the centre of the hip.<br />
Step 3:<br />
Pull the velcro forward<br />
to attach the strap anteriorly<br />
(towards the front).<br />
Step 4:<br />
Pull the Velcro backwards to attach<br />
the elastic strap to the basic positional belt<br />
posteriorly (towards the back).<br />
Step 5:<br />
Repeat the steps 2 and 3 on<br />
the other side of the basic position<br />
strap.<br />
Top Tips:<br />
The <strong>Groovi</strong>-<strong>Preggie</strong>-<strong>SI</strong> belt is designed to be<br />
positioned BELOW the tummy so that support is<br />
applied between the pelvic bones and in no way<br />
hurts the baby.<br />
Ideally position belt directly onto skin<br />
If the <strong>SI</strong>-belt slips, it is too high, position lower<br />
