ARTIKEL INFORMATIE 

The Deep Throat with 'Slim Jim' is a double pole Electrode that features corona 'cockhead' stimulation 

combined with adjustable urethral stimulation. Consisting of two parts, the Main Body of the Deep 

Throat encircles the 'cockhead' with a built-in expansion joint allowing for individualized fit with a 

removable urethral Electrode that we call the 'Slim Jim'. 

The Deep Throat is a double pole Electrode and as such can be used alone. But it can also be used 

as a single pole Electrode by only using one of its Low Profile Connections and a second Electrode to 

complete the circuit. It can also be combined with various Electrodes in order to intensify its effects.

The 'Slim Jim' is molded with 3 segments. The total diameter of the 'Slim Jim' is 1/8" with a 

total length of 6-5/8". Electrode A is 5/8" of Electro-Flex. Electrode B is 1-1/2" of Electro- 

Flex. These two Electrodes are separated by 4-1/2" of non-conductive silicone. 





Instructions for Use: 

1.) Decide which end of the 'Slim Jim' you wish to insert. 

2.) Insert the 'Slim Jim' into the capture bead on the Main Body of the Deep Throat. 

3.) Using plenty of lubricant, insert the 'Slim Jim' into the urethra. 

4.) Adjust the Neck of the Main Body so that the 'Slim Jim' is comfortably seated when the Main 

Body is in place. You do not want the Neck to be pulling on the 'Slim Jim'. 

5.) Make sure the corona or cockhead is thoroughly lubricated for application of the Main Body. 

6.) Apply the Main Body around the coronal ridge or cockhead. 





7.) Tighten or loosen the Neck further if needed. 

8.) Connect one side of the Low Profile Lead to the connection point on the Main Body and the 

other side directly to the exposed end of the “Slim Jim”. 

9.) Plug the lead into the Power Box. 





1.) Insert Electrode A first and slide the 'Slim Jim' through the capture bead leaving only 

enough of Electrode B to connect the Low Profile Lead. 

2.) Connect the other end of your Low Profile Lead to the Connection Point on the Main Body. 

(Note: This configuration is not recommended if there is any chance that a fully inserted 'Slim 

Jim' will come into contact with the sphincter of the bladder. ) 

1.) Insert Electrode B first and slide the 'Slim Jim' through the capture bead to whatever depth 

you are comfortable with. 





2.) Connect your Low Profile Lead to Electrode A. 

3.) Connect your remaining Low Profile Connection to the Connection Point on the Main Body. 

(Note: You do not have to insert the 'Slim Jim' all the way. This configuration allows for as 

deep or as shallow an insertion as you prefer.) 

Important Safety Notes: 

Due to its construction, the Deep Throat with 'Slim Jim' should only be used with our Low Profile Lead 

Technology. Use with other leads may cause damage to the Electrode or it may not function properly. 

This is a tubular Electrode, so the entire surface is conductive. We strongly recommend wearing 

latex gloves to help prevent accidental above-the-waist contact when the power source is 

turned on. 

DO NOT share Electrodes that are used for urethral penetration. 

Take care not to remove the Deep Throat by pulling on the Adjustable Neck or Collapsible Insulator 

Sheath. 

Please note that the Adjustable Neck must be able to move freely through the ring of the Main Body. 

For this to be possible, the joining of the ring and the neck of the Main Body must be thoroughly 

lubricated. Failure to do so may damage the Electrode. 

General Lubrication: 

PES recommends the use of a lubricant with all PES Electrodes. Lubricant not only lubricates but also 

decreases the possibility of hot spots. We recommend PES ElectroLube. 

You can also use Olive Oil. We strongly recommend the use of a sterile lubricant, such as Medi-Pak 

Performance Sterile Jelly, for lubrication of the 'Slim Jim'. Make sure the lubricant you are using is a 

water-based lubricant with no silicone ingredients. (See General Lubrication). 

Caution: Do not use lubricants with silicone ingredients. Silicone is an insulator which greatly affects 

conductivity, and can chemically bond to the products made from Electro-Flex when applied over a 

long period of time. This will cause the apparatus to cease to function properly, and may void the 

warranty on the Electro-Flex line. 

Cleaning: 

This Electrode can be washed with soap and water (a 10% bleach, 90% water solution with a mild 

liquid soap also works), but do not soak or scrub. Make sure to wash off all fluids and rinse the 

Electrode thoroughly. Allow it to dry completely. For disinfection; if you plan to use the electrode 

urethrally or for shared usage; we recommend the use of Pjur Med-Clean Wipes or Spray. Med Clean 

is safe for use on the skin as well as the electrode. It has an intensive antimicrobial effect against 

bacteria, fungal infections, and viruses such as Hepatitis B and HIV. Allow to dry completely before 

use
