TERMS & CONDITIONS
This price book has been prepared for the convenience of Central Brass’ distributors and their customers and
supersedes all previous Central Brass price schedules. The prices shown are the basis for distributor discounts and are
not intended as resale prices. Possession of this price book by any person is not an offer to sell them, or anyone else,
the goods listed herein at the prices shown.
SALES POLICY
All prices within this catalog are subject to
change without notice. Goods which differ in any
material respect, such as size or finish, from the goods as
illustrated and described in Seller’s literature are subject
to special prices. Central Brass may, at its discretion,
discontinue, modify or change any product listed in its
catalog without prior notice.
SALES TAX
All merchandise is sold to customers for resale.
Customers assume full responsibility for all taxes or
other assessments imposed by any government agency.
All customers must furnish a valid resale or
tax exemption number.
FREIGHT
All goods are sold F.O.B. Brecksville, Ohio.
Freight will be prepaid on orders of $1,500 net or more
to all 48 contiguous states. Prepaid orders outside the
48 contiguous states will be shipped prepaid to any port
or border destination within the 48 contiguous states.
We reserve the right to ship via the most effective and
economical route.
RETURNED GOODS
Product MAY NOT be returned without prior
inspection and written authorization from a Central
Brass representative. An approved Returned Goods
Authorization must accompany all returns. A handling
charge of 50% will be assessed against any returned
product without prior authorization. Credits will be
issued based on the established purchase price less
any applicable transportation, handling and restocking
charges. Returns of discontinued products or products
determined to be in non-resalable condition are not
accepted and will be issued credit at scrap value only.
Credits must be taken within six months of date
of issue.
CLAIMS
Claims for shortage of goods must be presented
within 3 days from the date of receipt of shipment and
must state the packing slip number applicable to the
claim. Any claim not so presented will be conclusively
deemed waived.
PAYMENT TERMS
Net 30 days for all accounts in good standing. A
late charge of 1-1/2% per month interest will be assessed
on all past due balances. Should any invoice be held in
question, the balance not in question must be paid within
the stated terms.
