An indispensable aid to POS estate and inventory control
Easy product, stock location and till maintenance
including filter and search
Maintenance of products and suppliers is provided by highly
configurable grid screens. These screens may be filtered and
grouped as required. Searching facilities are available, as well
as detailed views of items such as stock, supplier and location.
Most edit screens provide replication facilities enabling new
items to be created rapidly and accurately. The easy price
change facility will increase and decrease selling prices by
percentage or amount with rounding capabilities.
Minimum and maximum stock levels can be maintained for
each location, with the ability to create orders to maintain stock
to minimum levels.
Multi site estates
CES InnoCentral provides a sophisticated hierarchical design
for organising stock locations by brand, region, branch or
location. Full multi site and head office support includes web
access for reports or cloud based services for convenient and
powerful access from stores or on the road. Stock availability
can be identified with mapping and automated initiation of
stock transfers.
Email purchase orders to suppliers
At the completion of the build phase of a purchase order, send
the order via email as an attachment in a choice of formats.
ECR communications
InnoCentral supports the standard serial communications for
ECR models SX-580, SX-585, SX595, SX-690, ML-790 and
the SX-680 using either modems or direct connections and
multiplexors. Support has also been added for serial access via
a serial/TCP IP device, enabling them to be accessed over a
local network or even the internet. The ML-790 model provides
true TCP IP access via the onboard LAN port enabling both
local network (LAN) and internet (WAN) communications.
New POS terminal types are being added all the time. If there is

Full user control
Access to functionality and features is highly customisable,
either for an individual user or a group of users. Users or groups
may be restricted from viewing certain screens, adding, deleting
or editing various items.
Import from an existing till - plug, play, and read
InnoCentral can import from an existing till and create
stock items ready for use. Other programming data like
departments, clerks and keyboard may also be imported.
Import for ECR models SX-585, SX595, SX-690, ML-790
and the SX-680 provided.
Import from Excel - no need to start from scratch
Stock items can be imported via a simple to use Excel import
utility. This allows for fast setup without the need to spend
hours inputting stock items, groups and suppliers.
Full labelling suite including label design with
personalised logo
InnoCentral includes its own labelling system, providing support
for shelf edge and bar code labels. With a full featured label
designer including support for many popular barcode styles,
graphics and fonts.
Simple UI - graphical interface
The CES InnoCentral user interface has been built around a
uniform look and feel to all the screens, as well as providing
advanced functionality within grids and dropdown lists. Many
time consuming operations can be carried out by simply
dragging and dropping.
Customise look and feel
Many of the user interfaces features can be customised
including colours, screens, grid layouts and splash screens.
Users can display their logos, web pages and advertising on
the home screen.
Stock taking and ordering with integration to
handheld scanners
Flexible stock checking worksheets can be printed, or stock
takes or orders can be created on handhelds and imported into
CES InnoPOS. All movement operations including deliveries,
returns and transfers have support to import from external
sources, reducing inputting errors and increasing efficiency.

from Microsoft and reporting is provided by the industry
standard MSSQL Reporting Services platform providing a
highly scalable core.
