Main Draw: Pool Play 32 teams, 24 team single elimination
32 teams Main Draw for men and women
29 teams directly in the Main Draw, including minimum 2 and maximum 6 host country teams

Admission according to CEV Entry Ranking as of 10 days before the event.

Arrival for Main Draw players: Women Monday 8 August, Men Tuesday 9 August
Departure for Main Draw players: The day after they are out of the tournament.
Departure for participants of the semifinals: Women Sunday 14 August, Men Monday 15 August
Players, Team Managers, Coaches, Physiotherapists, NF members, etc. are requested to apply early enough for
their visas, whenever needed. The Hosting National Federation should be contacted to receive an invitation letter
for the event.
Players, Team Managers, Coaches, Physiotherapists, NF members, etc. are responsible for their own international
and domestic airfare and for any further expenses such as visa or airport taxes.
Transportation for Main Draw players from the official venue of arrival to the official hotel is organized by the local
organizer on the official days of arrival and departure. Players are responsible to send their travel information via
email at the latest 3 days before arrival date to the local organizer:

Local Transportation for Qualification players and accompanying persons is under their own responsibility.
Organizers will provide all Organizing Committee members, CEV Officials, referees, players, coaches,
physiotherapists, VIP’s, journalists, technical staff, court personnel, volunteers, etc. with official accreditation
cards and will ensure that only those people will access the designated venue areas.
The Local Organizer will provide all teams with hotel accommodation (double rooms) and meals.
Women: From the evening of Monday 8 August until one day after their elimination from the tournament
(breakfast).
Men: From the evening of Tuesday 9 August until one day after their elimination from the tournament (breakfast).
Coaches/Team Managers accommodation and board are under their own responsibility and at their own costs.
