SOUND<br />
Profiled polyurethane-insulated roof system,<br />

Self supporting metal panel, insulated with polyurethane, for roofs and walls for <strong>sound</strong> absorption with enhanced reverberation<br />
control. The GLAMET SOUND panel, manufactured on a Metecno production system, is formed by an external corrugated steel<br />
sheet and an internal sheet with two built-in panels in <strong>sound</strong>-absorbing white (RAL 9002) foam.<br />
The open-cell reduces noise transmission and gives the panel good <strong>sound</strong> absorption characteristics. According to measures<br />
complying with DIN EN 20354 standards, which have been carried out by the Fraunhof Institute of Physics in Stuttgart, the<br />
noise absorption values as indicated in the tables below have been obtained. A polythene film protecting the <strong>sound</strong> absorbing<br />
material must be taken away before the panels are installed.<br />
The GLAMET SOUND panel is listed in the DIN 4102-B1 category of building materials.<br />

The spans l (m) as a function of a uniformly distributed overload p (daN/m 2 ), have been obtained from load tests carried<br />
out in Metecno laboratories, and provide a deflection f ≤ l/200 with a safety coefficient that complies with the UEAtc<br />
standards for insulated panels, which have been established and are implemented by primary European Certifying<br />
Organizations.<br />
